Once again we had a lovely stay at Grace and Daniel’s place! It always feels like home away from home and we’ve been spoilt with two welcome baskets, they’re lovely people and because of all that our family (either me and my son or my mum) chooses to return again and again :)

Rizwan’s place was great place to stay at for our little family. Had all necessary equipments, close to the city centre, clean and beautiful. We would definitely stay again. Thank you

Really good host good communication and really good place to stay. Very handy to stay in if going to the airport. Safe and east to get in and out on check out. Worth the money

Remodeled antique apartment, very well equipped, with towels, linens and toiletries. Heating works perfectly. Close to locomotion of buses, taxis, bicycles and scooters. Salford Station temporarily closed. Excellent communication with the host. In general the apartment, it is the same as photographs, very well equipped and spacious. Points to improve the key delivery method (very far from the apartment if walking). Be considerate.

My son and I stayed here for 24 hours in Manchester and John‘s apartment was perfectly positioned for all shopping and restaurants. John‘s communication at all times was excellent. And the apartment was just absolutely amazing. Very spacious and had everything we needed. It was an easy place to stay in and all the instructions to Access Were easy. Also the outside of the building and the interior lead up to John‘s apartment was just stunning. I’d love the fact that we are in the city centre yet the apartment was so quiet. Thanks, John,

Nice stay for the UFC in Manchester, was easy access to the city centre with a bus stop right outside the apartment and also a tram stop a 10 minute walk away, Ubers were quick and average of £10 to get around the area. Would definitely return when going to Manchester.

The apartment is very close to the Northern quarter (with parking!). It was very conveniently located, very clean and a lovely apartment.

Fabulous hosts and apartment, great space, everything that we needed, very responsive late at night in an emergency situation when we needed to book temporary accommodation for our son and nephews due to their own apartment having no water or electricity. I highly recommended. 😁

It was an excellent stay! Truly cosy and pleasant throughout, and it deserves the top marks its been getting. Would recommend!

We had a brilliant weekend stay in Michelle's family home, which was absolutely perfect as a base with our two children and grandma for a family wedding. The house is huge and beautifully decorated, and set up with everything you could need to entertain the kids (a stunning garden in the sunshine as well!). We loved the open plan kitchen space looking out onto the garden. Michelle was so helpful and brilliant at communicating with us, all the information provided was so useful. A wonderful home from home, really couldn't have asked for more. We would definitely stay again! Thank you so much xx

We had a fantastic weekend staying in this property. We were attending a football match at the Etihad and it was a short 10 minute walk from the house. Absolutely perfect for what we wanted, would 100% book in here again if we ever return to watch Man City in the future.

We stayed at this pleasant and well-equipped property for the 2 months gap between selling our old home and buying a new place. It proved to be an ideal place for that purpose. It is in a smart and very quiet residential area with shops not too far away. The host, Jinty, is particularly helpful and deals promptly with any (rare) problem. We can thoroughly recommend a stay at this home-from-home.

The accommodation was spotless and cosy, making it a perfect retreat after a long day. The host provided clear and detailed instructions for check-in and during our stay, which made everything run smoothly. Additionally, the location was convenient, close to Etihad Stadium, allowing easy access to events. Everything matched the description accurately, ensuring a pleasant and hassle-free experience.

Beautiful home that was very comfortable for our family trip to Manchester. The development is brand new so tricky to locate on Google Maps but Michelle’s directions helped a lot.

Perfect for our nearby contract, the neighbourhood is very quiet and the beds comfortable.

We had a wonderful two-night stay at this spacious and comfortable home. The place is really big, which gave us plenty of room to relax and enjoy. It was spotless when we checked in, which made us feel instantly at home. One of the highlights was definitely the pool and the fun soccer table games — we had such a great time! We also appreciated the privacy and the fully equipped kitchen, which made it easy for us to cook our own meals. Having laundry facilities available was another big plus. Overall, it was a great stay and we’d definitely recommend it!

My boyfriend and I stayed at Steve’s place for a hiking weekend and we would definitely recommend it and will probably come back ourselves. Communication was excellent from the start—quick, clear, and super helpful. The flat was just like the pictures, if not even better in person. It was cozy, beautifully maintained, and spotless throughout. Steve really went above and beyond by stocking the place with everything a guest could need, from toiletries and cooking essentials to breakfast items, which was such a thoughtful touch. The location was perfect—central and convenient, and the self check-in process was incredibly easy and smooth. I’d absolutely recommend staying here and would love to come back! Thank you Steve :)

Great communication from Adam from booking to leaving the property. Adam greeted us slightly early for check in, as he knew we’d arrived early. Very friendly and welcoming giving lots of tips on the local area, showing us around the property and a welcome bottle of wine. Told me to contact him at any time if I needed to. Property is in an excellent location, especially if you’re visiting the AO Arena. Lots to do within walking distance of the apartment. Apartment is well kitted out with everything you could need for a short stay, comfortable bed, lots of handy items plugs / chargers etc. Toiletries provided and plenty of towels. Extra bedding also if needed. You do need to boost the hot water for a hot shower, but there are instructions on the bathroom door showing you what to do. Thank you Adam, for letting us stay in your lovely apartment, we had a wonderful weekend ❤️

This lovely flat was situated high up in the heart of Manchester City centre. Excellent location within walkable distance to bars and restaurants. The flat is very nicely decorated with a lovely balcony overlooking the skyline. The flat was clean and tidy the kitchen was well stocked. My bed was super comfy with a lovely soft duvet. Warren was a really attentive host offering a large selection of places to eat and drink which took the pressure off of me having to do that before I came. I would highly recommend this place for a stay a little gem in the heart of the city.
