Charming new construction in desirable north end of town. Quiet neighborhood. The listing is the 1st floor of a 2 family home. The owner (me) lives above. The large front porch greets you on arrival. Cute little beach block (9 houses from beach) 2nd floor apt that is just one block over to 4x4 drive on beach(permit needed) / Doggy Beach which is at the beginning of the three-mile North Beach nature preserve. Just simply beautiful and peaceful! It feels like you are on a deserted island. This cozy beach house is in prime location. It is a block from the beach and boardwalk. Also, within a block you have the convenience of a wawa, ice cream shop, pizza, sack'o sub shop, other sit down restaurants, coffee shop, liquor store, and bike shop.
