On the ground floor, a living room with a wood-burning stove and an equipped kitchen as well as a comfortable shower room. Upstairs, under the roof, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds). Set back on the grounds, the old barn converted into a dwelling.

In a green and relaxing setting, lovers of the countryside will appreciate the charm of this comfortable cottage, located on the edge of the Perche state forest, where there are many monasteries including the Notre Dame de la Trappe abbey. Charlotte's house is a cottage that was completely refurbished at the end of 2019 respecting the percheron building with noble materials such as wood, stone, antique tiles and lime coatings. Located in one of the most beautiful villages in Parc Régional du Perche, it is the perfect place for a country stay less than 2 hours from Paris. The cottage is fully equipped with new products (appliances , bedding, SAUNA , wood stove) and has an enclosed garden.

Eco-friendly duplex in the heart of Perche

⚠️ Before booking, please note that the accommodation is equipped with a DRY TOILET ⚠️ In addition, access to the room is via a fairly steep miller's ladder (see photo). In the heart of Perche, close to all shops, close to Mortagne au Perche and Mêle sur Sarthe, this duplex will combine functionality and calm of the countryside. A few steps from the greenway, this studio is ideal for stopping during a hike, bike ride or horseback ride.

La Maison de Fessanvilliers is at the crossroads of Beauce, Perche and Normandy. This is an old barn rehabilitated into a lovely holiday home with all comforts. It welcomes families and friends year-round. The living room has an authentic wood stove and opens onto a large private wooded garden, with barbecue, garden furniture, ping pong and bikes available. I provide bed sheets, hand and bath towels as well as condiments, salt, pepper, oil, etc. And I make the beds for your arrival to be even more enjoyable!
