House vacation rentals in Long Lake Township

Place was great and super clean. Loved the space and fit the three families perfectly. Only bummer was no access to the pool but that was out of the owners hand and she was going to follow up immediately on the change in the process.

We had a wonderful stay at Richard's condominium! The condo is apart of a larger resort, Shanty Creek, and with the passes that were left for us to use, we were never bored! We explored the Lakeview Hotel and pool amenities there, the private beach, and the Shuss Mountain resort as well. This was especially nice for the 12 year old we had with us. There was a couple staying next to us (not under Richard's purview), who had loud dogs who would not stop barking but after messaging Richard, we heard them very rarely and then not at all, so we really appreciated the timely response we had from him and the action he took by informing the HOA for that condo. The little touches here and there were also really appreciated, like the fan/lightbulb fan charm cords so we knew which cord was for the light and which was for the fan. We plan on coming back for sure! Highly recommended place for people of all ages to enjoy.

We loved this unit. It was VERY nicely decorated and everything was in perfect condition. I really can't think of anything that wasn't exactly what we'd hoped for. We'll be back!

The cabin was even better than expected! Nicole responded to every question that I had within 10 minutes. This was the perfect place for a kid free getaway and I think it would be just as fun in the winter as the summer. The location was perfect for visiting other cities if you want to travel around. We went to Petosky and Boyne city and visited Northern Michigan speedway on Saturday night. We will definitely be back!

Great place for the family. Plenty of things to do at the house. Also not too far from Traverse City or Boyne Mountain. Would definitely stay here again!!

We loved our stay in Elmira! The home was cute and very clean. We spent quite a bit of time on the porch and loved how relaxing the whole space was. We used the pool at the resort twice and loved it. Deb was very responsive to any questions we had and made great recommendations of things to do in the area. We would definitely come back!

We had a great stay this weekend! The house was clean, spacious, and exactly as described. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked, making it easy to cook and hang out as a group. We especially appreciated the outdoor space—it was perfect for relaxing after a long day. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive. This is a great location. The bed was comfortable, all amenities (and more!) listed were available and in proper working condition. James took some time to chat with us and was friendly and knowledgeable. We hope to stay again!

The house was a very nice & welcoming. Surroundings were beautiful (Nov.) Kitchen was fully stocked and there was plenty of toilet paper & kleenex (usually have to bring my own). Beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were very nice. I would stay here again.

Fred and Jacqui’s place was perfect. The pictures really don’t show how beautiful and spacious the place is. It’s close to downtown, but also private with plenty of outdoor activities, with equipment all provided for. They were extremely responsive to all questions and reminded us of various things we could while staying. We will definitely stay here again in the future!

Our stay was exactly what we needed. The property was beautiful and comfortable. There were many things to do on the lake and amenities to use. I had to drag my husband away since he didn't want to leave. Jennifer was an impeccable hostess and not only takes great care of the property but went above and beyond to make our stay carefree. I loved the information given on surround business and personal touches to make us feel welcomed. Thank you. Just a warning the fish in this lake love to tease and are experts at getting a free breakfast from your lines!

It was a lovely place with lots of activities to participate in outdoors. We use the dock and the kayaks and the lake itself was easy to navigate. Lots of wildlife to see. Close enough to town to feel like it was easy to get there, but far enough away to feel Relaxed. We brought our dogs with us and they fit right into the situation and did very well.

The home is beautifully situated right on Long Lake, offering stunning views from both the upper and lower decks. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you might need, and there’s plenty of comfortable seating and hangout space throughout the property, perfect for groups or families looking to relax and enjoy the lake. Communication with the host was excellent - quick, helpful, and made the stay even smoother. A few helpful notes for future renters: 1. Accessibility: Access to the home requires walking down a long flight of stairs through a hallway. If anyone in your group has mobility challenges, this could be a significant consideration. 2. Boat Access: If you plan to rent a boat, note that the dock shown in the photos is only for loading and unloading. Boats must be moored at a nearby buoy, which requires someone to swim to and from the boat each time it’s used.

Thank you for a wonderful stay for our family, unfortunately we were unable to join them due to COVID.... They were very happy with their stay, the house was very clean, and well stocked with necessary items. The location was great and close to Traverse City. Thank you for your prompt response, when we had questions, would definitely recommend this property to anyone traveling to the area.

More than enough room than what we needed for a 9-person trip! The amenities were very nice and the place seemed well taken care of !

Loved this place! Nice open layout for us all to be together even if doing different things. Great space with all you need to have a good time.

We met three other couples here for a long weekend and the house worked well for our gathering. The house was very clean and the check-in process was easy. The host was super quick to reply to any questions we had. We were provided with an ebook ahead of time that had extensive information about the property and things to do in Traverse City and the surrounding area. The property was just as nice as the inside of the house. We enjoyed the deck and grill and sat by the fire every night. The ability to go out on the lake using their canoe, kayaks, and paddle boat was wonderful. It's a beautiful lake and very quiet. We loved our stay!

We stayed here for a wedding in Traverse City. There were various places we needed to travel to across Traverse City for the weekend and this location was really convenient for getting around town (around a 15-20 min drive to get to wherever we needed to go without traffic). So the location for the price is such a great value! As for the home itself, the listing matches the description. It’s a simple, new home. Very clean! Just what we needed and hoped for! Would definitely stay again.

Had a great stay with our two kids (3.5 and 6 yrs old). They were able to share the second downstairs bedroom and had their own bathroom. The place was just like the pictures, very beautiful. Had tons of fun exploring the area, our favorite places were the Grass River Natural area down the street, downtown Bellaire for the brewery and candy store and ice cream store, King Orchard further north was great for the kids, and finally we spent two days at Antrim Beach to play in the sand and look for rocks. Cooked a lot in the kitchen and made smores on the firepit a few times. The only negative is that the house is near a road so although it is very quiet and peaceful, there are occasional cars going by which you can't see but only hear.

Great place to stay for a long weekend. Very easy to check in and get in the house. Only negative was that the house smelled a little be musty when we got in and we had to air it out and spray some febreze. Other than that it was great!
