WATCH AMAZING SUNSETS FROM THE PORCH EVERY SINGLE DAY !!! The house is only 50 steps from the water on a beautiful sandy beach on the calm west side of the island with turquoise, completely transparent water. A lot of properties have volcanic rock and are unsuitable for swimming. The house has CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING.

All modern amenities, air conditioning, Wifi and Netflix flat screen TV's in each bedroom. You have breathtaking views of the "North Side" which is actually the Eastern shore of the island that plunges directly into the Atlantic Ocean. Mangrove Bush is a small community populated with family members throughout. You will have full privacy and access to a private beach located to the bottom of the "hill", surrounded by cliffs. You truly have to see this location to appreciate it.
