Spacious home with a nice outside area. Enjoyed coffee with birds and bunnies. Will stay here again.

Truly a five star experience. We had such a wonderful time here; the location is great, serene, quiet. We particularly enjoyed the kitchen and living room space with a beautiful private view. Fiber internet was surprisingly fast relative to our expectations for such a rural area. Next time we need a space in the area we'll stay here without hesitation.

The Boulder Lake House was absolutely beautiful. The photos do not do the home justice. They have everything you can possibly need inside and it was immaculately clean! We traveled with our 2 & 4 year olds who are very particular about things & they loved the house. Made themselves right at home. The amenities were endless and the kitchen was a treasure to use; we ate home for every meal. We had an issue with the deck door & owner was at the house within 20 minutes to help. Very respectful & helpful. I would definitely reserve this house in the future.

Wonderful and peaceful stay for a relaxing girls weekend. Outstanding clean and comes with everything you may need. The space is kid friendly, and extremely beautiful. Would definitely stay again.

we had a lovely time at Seth’s cottage by the river. Everything was very well appointed and comfortable. I think the beds were the best I’ve had an Airbnb. There was easy access to new Paltz and kingston. I have no hesitation in recommending Seth’s place.

Fabulous getaway, beautiful surroundings, hard to believe we were just a few minutes from highways and downtown and civilization! Responsive host, many amenities -- pool, bbq, outdoor dining, waterfall, river view, soaking tub, sun loungers, spacious kitchen, dreamy sofa.

Our stay at the Secret Stone Cabin was truly unforgettable. The breathtaking views and thoughtful touches made it feel like a home away from home. It was a luxurious retreat, complete with extra amenities like plush bathrobes, quality toiletries, and a chef-style kitchen. We took the row boat for a short spin, and had the weather been nicer, we would have loved to enjoy the beautiful outdoor fireplace. Every detail was perfectly curated for comfort — we can’t wait to come back!

This spot right on the lake was sweet and perfect for our trip. We were in town for a wedding - the room with bunk beds was perfect for us to set up a crib and would be great for older kids.

My girlfriend and I came here for her birthday weekend and we had the most lovely time. Not only was the home cozy, adorable, quiet, and lovely, but Alice’s hospitality was truly amazing. When we arrived, she gave us a loaf of banana bread and a quick tour. She also brought us extra blankets to cozy up outside, and offered us her fresh greens and pasta salad. My girlfriend was recovering from burnout, and this was a healing experience for her. It was the perfect place to rest inside by the cozy living room to play games and read books. And outside by the lake, Alice has a few chairs and a cozy screened-in cabana with blankets and pillows where we would eat, play scrabble, and nap throughout the day. We brought tons of food and the kitchen had mugs, plates and kitchen utensils, everything we needed to cook our meals and sit at the table and look out at the lake. When the weather was nice, we used the kayaks and paddled around the lake and it was so serene. We will be back!! <3

The view of the lake was amazing. She was very quick to respond if there was anything needed. I loved the recommendations that she sent over. We overall had a wonderful experience!

We had two family events to attend during our stay. Erica was so helpful in getting back to me about the original availability of the apartment! It was a perfect place to relax sleep! This is one of the best places I've stayed in a long time. Idyllic, pastoral... it was perfect. Just wish we could have spent longer there! The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the kitchen was very well equipped, and it's hard to argue with a host who keeps the second "B" in "BnB"! there were fresh eggs and milk and pancake mix provided. Our five year old liked watching the chickens and feeding them our food leftovers, and there's a great play area (unfortunately the weather didn't give us much of a chance to use it). We can't wait to find a time to come back! The only tricky bit is not getting confused by the driveway - the host's directions are PERFECT but it takes a sec to realize that you turn in and squiggle between other properties and only then you'll see things you recognize from the photos.

Kelly and Rick’s place is absolutely beautiful and a perfect retreat for couples or anyone looking for a relaxing, scenic experience in Montauk. We’ve lived on LI our whole lives but never got to explore the east end until now, and Kelly’s place is the PERFECT location! It’s near town with great restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores nearby, near hiking trails where we got to see seals and beautiful views of the ocean, near the lighthouse, near great fishing spots, etc., not to mention the gorgeous view of Lake Montauk right on their property. We used their fire pit and had a fire the last night of our stay as well! We had a BLAST and had such a relaxing weekend. The apartment was very clean and has everything you could need for your stay, and Kelly was super attentive and responsive when it came to answering our questions and inquiries. Thank you again for giving us such a beautiful place to stay! 10/10 recommend! We’ll definitely be back🌊❤️☀️

The place was beautifully decorated and everything from the plants to the antiques was wonderful to see. This is the perfect place for any stay and they only ask that you respect the possessions. John was very responsive in helping us for a late check in.

Definitely the most peaceful bnb I’ve stayed at! Right on the river, big yard with fire pits, not too far from the cute little town and a ton of nature surrounding. Was a great stay, Kelly was very attentive. Would definitely book this spot again.

We loved our stay here. It was the perfect place for two of us and our dog. The home was just as described, welcoming, cosy and well equipped, and we appreciated all the local recommendations. We enjoyed local walks, the lake, and the great dog park, as well as easy access to Middletown to visit our son. Elisabeth and Daniel were fantastic hosts!

WOW! Could not have been a more perfect stay! The setting was so beautiful, serene and peaceful. We had lot's of activity paddle boarding, kayaking, BBQing! Most of the time we were the only people on the lake. Early June was a perfect time to be there. It was just such a gorgeous and relaxing setting. The house was fabulous for our family reunion and ideal for our adventurous 1 year old. Our host was simply amazing. He had items delivered to our door when we had questions...even sent us a bag of groceries to make Smores on the lake! We hope to make this an annual event! We'll definitely be back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the cottage. It was so very peaceful and we loved being literally right around n the water! Slept amazingly well and the cottage was just lovely! Robert was also a great host. 5 stars all around and we hope to return again!

My family had a great time my daughters enjoyed kayaking. They fished almost all day every day they were in the lake constantly. we also like that it’s close enough for us to have company for the day and for my daughters to have their friends come and go fishing and kayaking for the day.

Would highly recommend this home! We had dinner both nights at Artemios Prime and Proper…very good food! We had a wonderful conversation with one of the owners at the end of our meal the first evening! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Upper Greenwood Lake area!

I stayed at this place for my husband's birthday, The house is beautiful and very quiet, I loved the interior and the view. The only things you need to be aware is the AC is located in the living room, inside the room you need to use fans or leave the door open

Fantastic! The cottage is cozy and clean, had everything we needed and the views are gorgeous! We loved our stay and highly recommend this beautiful cottage!
