I had the most wonderful 4-day stay at this Airbnb—it truly exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, everything felt thoughtfully curated and deeply welcoming. The space was spotless, beautifully maintained, and filled with high-quality amenities that made the stay incredibly comfortable. Every corner reflected care and attention to detail, from the linens and kitchenware to the toiletries and decor. Communication with the host was seamless throughout. They were responsive, kind, and proactive in making sure I had everything I needed. Many people who travel around the would, do so for a few reason. To experience other cultures, to experience local food, and to make connections with locals. The world thrives on human connections. Trung is such a pure, kind human being. Always smiling, he made my stay. Even asking if I was feeling ok and he can do anything for me when I woke up late. He wanted to make sure my health and safety were ok. It’s humans like this I want to continue to support. Thank you Trung for being such a friendly host! Besides an amazing person, he place was absolutely perfect! Tuck away in the back of a Main Street and quiet. It was perfect size for a solo travelers or couple. Plus the most comfortable bed I have slept on in Asia in a long time. Spending a little more on great bedding goes a long way. Trust me, I own an Airbnb in the states. Highly recommended! We have no doubt we will be back to see Trung again!

The place as per describe. The location is the best, as its very near to hoan kiem lake and many other attractive places. The outer looks may looks old, as common neighbourhood house in Hanoi, and when go in you might find little odd due it went through aisle, which is very common in Hanoi, as the house mostly located inside the aisle however w private entrance only for that neighbourhood. Once u reach the house and enter, its totally like an apartment/nice hotel, with unique arrangement of 1st fl living room, and upstairs 2 different bedroom with tv projector (youtube/etc). The bathroom is very clean and toileteries provided. The best is the services, the flexibility and kindness of the host, which makes our stay even more pleasureable. Well recommended for one who want to experience living near neighbourhood w nice and cozy place to stay.

Perfect stay at Linh’s apartment! The home was more spacious than we expected, and the location could not have been better.

I had a great stay at this place! The location is excellent — very convenient and close to many popular tourist spots, which made getting around really easy. The apartment was clean and looked exactly as described in the listing, which I really appreciated. A couple of things to note: the TV had some issues staying connected to the internet, which made it hard to use YouTube, and the blankets in each room were quite thin — they felt more like bed sheets than actual blankets. It would be great if thicker blankets were provided for more comfort. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would still recommend this place for anyone looking to explore the area!

This is a cute, authentic stay in the heart of Hanoi. My friends and I joked that it felt like we were having a fun slumber party with how the beds spanned the entire room. We also appreciated the drinking water left for us. Overall a great stay! Highly recommend.

This is a great house for a big family. It is in a great locality, within walking distance of the night market, shoe market, Hoan Kiem lake and all the great places in Hanoi. The hosts are extremely friendly , proactive and helpful. They let us rest and keep our bags before check in time and also offered us to stay at a larger property of theirs to accommodate our request for a late check out. Thanks to the entire team - Mr. Nam, Ms. Phuong, Mr. Huy and the entire team for making out stay so comfortable and for being so helpful. All the best to the entire team.

We had a great one-night stay in this spacious and comfortable apartment right in the heart of Hanoi’s Old Quarter. The place was clean, had strong A/C, and was just a short walk from Hoan Kiem Lake with plenty to see and do nearby, restaurants, cafes, night markets, and historic spots. The host was very responsive and helpful, and even greeted us in person at check-in, which made us feel very welcome. Perfect spot for a short or long vacation in Hanoi. Highly recommend!

Le logement est dans un quartier un peu chic et plus authentique que le « old quartier », proche pour autant , où logent la grande majorité des touristes. Plus calme aussi. La décoration est vraiment élaborée, pensée avec goût, sans doute au reflet de la propriétaire. Les draps et les serviettes sont de qualité, tout est très propre, et on ne manque de rien… Finalement, la musique du bar qui est proche ne nous a jamais dérangée. Certes, il faut sortir de la chambre et traverser le couloir pour aller dans la salle de bain, mais ce n’est pas vraiment gênant. Il n’y a pas de fenêtre, mais c’est fréquent à Hanoi

Thắng and Linh are great hosts. They are very welcoming and responsive. They messaged us at our estimated arrival time to make sure that we were able to enter the home without trouble, and checked that evening to make sure that everything was going well. Their house information was clear, and they were very responsive when I had a question. The neighborhood is on a busy urban street, but the home is tucked into a small walking alleyway, so is relatively quiet for a big city. The home was clean and pleasant with ample air conditioning and good-working washer/dryer and other appliances. There are several markets and coffee shops within 1-3 blocks, and the location is an inexpensive car ride from the Old Quarter. Thanks, Thắng and Linh, i would definitely stay here again!

Great place! Amazing location right in the heart of old quarter with multiple balconies and a small roof area. The host was very responsive and helpful to all our needs. The place was clean and nicely decorated. There are a lot of stairs which is something to keep in mind but overall we loved the place and would be happy to book again

I stayed in Nam's place with a family of four and we loved the space and the location. The space is very large and we could all spread out with our own rooms and bathrooms. Our teenagers loved it. The location near the lake and restaurants was excellent. You could get excellent cheap street food or go to higher end restaurants on the same block. Excellent coffee places were just a step or two away. The owner was super responsive helping us with airport transport and answering questions. Would stay there again. One of favorite Airbnbs as a family.

It felt just like home:comfortable, clean, and truly wonderful. Hong was always proactive and communicated with kindness, going out of their way to accommodate us. The neighborhood was incredibly safe, and with a lake right in front of the property, evening strolls were delightful. This is definitely a place we’d love to stay at again! It was my first time visit in Hanoi and the airbnb was amazing. Location near the train street it was easy to walk and find beautiful spots. The airbnb had all the amenities available and even some free snacks. Totally loved the place

We had a wonderful stay at Helen’s place in Hanoi! The apartment was clean, complete with everything I needed, and incredibly comfortable — a perfect home base for exploring the city. Helen was an amazing host: warm, responsive, and always ready to help with great local tips. Me and my Highschool friends truly felt welcomed and taken care of. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Hanoi!

What a fantastic place to stay! Chau was the perfect host and was prepared to do whatever necessary to make our stay a breeze. We loved the location, close enough to everything but far enough away to get some quiet time. Apartment also has a washing machine which was great. Thanks again for a wonderful experience x
