This quaint and cozy cottage is steps from the Mullica River and 1 mile from Historic Batsto Village and the Sweetwater Riverdeck & Marina. This property offers direct backyard Mullica River access for swimming, fishing, kayaking, canoeing. There are kayaks and a canoe on site available for guest use. Property also has a riverside fire pit with Adirondack chairs.

One block away from 8 of the best restaurants on LBI. Two blocks to the bay, 5 blocks to the beach. Fire up the grill and relax around the fire pit as the sun sets over the bay.
