Ferns place was exactly as described, extremely homely and comfortable. The location was perfect. With bus and train station very close by it met all our needs. We visited as a large group of friends from around the country. we are incredibly grateful to Matt for being so helpful, responsive and friendly both in the run up to our stay and during. The property is beautiful. Exceeded expectations in every way, superb location, beautifully decorated and well-stocked and prepared for our visit. Bed linen was pristine (as was the rest of the property) and towels were beautifully laid out for us. At every point felt like a very professionally run business, out of a stunning property that felt like home. Could not have done more, thank you so much for hosting us Matt and Andy 😊

We loved our stay at Pablo’s place. Lots of space for the family to relax and recharge for sightseeing! Pablo was a fantastic host.

We cannot recommend this home and host enough. My parents lived in London in the 80’s for a while for work, but haven’t been able to get back to visit until now. We were all quite comfortable in this home. The garden is lovely, it is quiet, and looked like the pictures. The location was lovely. Simple to get to Ealing Broadway station and then into all parts of London. Safe, easy-going neighborhood with cute shops/restaurants around the corner. I’m pretty sure we ate at the bakery each morning before catching the bus. Sally was a kind and attentive host. She answered questions before our trip and responded quickly with any questions during the trip. Highly recommend if you are looking for a peaceful, convenient stay.

We had a great stay over and Sam was an excellent host in our stopover in London over New Years’. He was extremely responsive before and during our stay; proactive in letting us know about little quirks with the home - it is over 250 year’s old, but has many charming and modern amenities to make it work. The kitchen was well set up and he left us with a few very thoughtful provisions to get through the New Years. The neighborhood really can’t be beat for activity while staying out of the bustle of the heart of London; many great restaurants, shops (if you have kids, I recommend Flying Tiger throughout Europe for fun stuff - one is an 8 minute walk away), and groceries. Transportation is right outside the door. Sam’s home made an excellent home base for our stay in London, much better than staying in a hotel.

The location was excellent with easy access to public transportation and just around the corner from a full service grocery. Greenwich is super close and a fun location. Christina and Alex were very flexible with our check-in process and were quick to respond to our few questions. Overall, a nice, comfortable space that met our needs!!

This house was absolutely fantastic. We travelled with a group of 7 people and there was plenty of space for everyone with bedrooms and bathrooms. Sarah was one of the kindest hosts I've ever encountered, since we could have flexible check in and check out; furthermore se waited for us at the check in to explain how the house worked. She also modified the boiler activity hours to suit our morning showers. The house was extremely clean, the neighbourhood is quiet and residential. Cafes, supermarket and buses just around the corner, underground 10mins walking distance.

Ivan’s place is a great find. Would stay here again. Great area too for central London it’s super quiet. Easy to drive too as well the local roads were 20 miles per hour. The check in instructions were fantastic. Thank you for a great stay

Serge was very easy to communicate with and super friendly, and the guide book of local restaurants and parks was extremely helpful. The apartment was especially clean and very well lit/bright/colorful and tastefully decorated… felt open and spacious, even though it was a below ground level. The location also was quiet and quaint, despite occasional rumblings of the metro underneath/close by. Our family of four (all adults) had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend!

We had a lovely time at this beautiful, historic home loaded with charming details! The tulip ceiling sconces in the incredible upstairs bathroom…Waking up to the sweet chirping of birds in winter was an unexpected treat! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!!

Francesca was very easy to communicate with and always friendly. Her place was exactly as described, and it was spotless. We appreciated the extras that she offered (cereal, brioche, coffee, tea, etc). We felt very comfortable and definitely recommend it, especially if attending an event at Tottenham Stadium as it is close. Thanks for everything Francesca.

Hemos disfrutando tanto de los paseos por Londres como del rato de descanso por la tarde noche en casa de Hannah, sin duda un acogedor y estiloso hogar lleno de maravillosos detalles, ha sido como estar en casa. Hannah encantadora, han sido todos facilidades por su parte, estamos encantados y hemos descubierto una zona estupenda de Londres, Hackney! Muchas gracias Hannah!!

Julias Haus ist perfekt für einen Aufenthalt mit der Familie. Nach einem langen Sightseeing Tag war es eine Wohltat in dieses liebevoll eingerichtete, gemütliche Haus zu kommen und die Ruhe zu genießen. Unsere drei Jungs waren froh um den Garten mit dem Trampolin. Geschlafen haben wir auch sehr gut, die Betten sind sehr bequem. Die Lage ist super, man kommt problemlos in die Innenstadt zu allen Attraktionen. Der von Julia empfohlene Pizzaladen war auch super, haben zweimal dort zu Abend gegessen. Ich kann die Unterkunft von Julia zu 100 % weiter empfehlen!

Great space for our family, 2 adults and 2 children (6&9). Location was easily walkable to lots of attractions and the metro station. Bed and pillows were very comfortable and the heated bathroom floor was a nice bonus.

The hosts are super responsive, friendly and flexible. They gave us an earlier check in as we arrived in london on an early flight and greeted us at the place!! Their recommendations are also very helpful!! The area is very quiet, safe and 5min walk to the parks!! I’d highly recommend to stay at this place. Thank you!

This place is absolutely wonderful. Almost better than the pictures :) Beautiful house in East London close to Victoria park and areas like Dalston, Hackney and Shoreditch. The tube is close, so you can easily get around greater London too. Jonathan and Matt are very helpful and flexible with everything. They gave us loads of really great tips about restaurants, bars and things to do. 10/10, would definitive stay here again.

I booked Becky’s property for out of town family and guests that were attending my wedding nearby. They loved the space and felt right at home. Becky was so helpful and responsive when my guests had an issue with the amenities and helped to solve the problem very quickly. Excellent stay, would definitely recommend!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful townhouse in Kensington. It’s conveniently located near Earl’s Court Tube station, Kensington High Street, and great restaurants and shops. The charming and quiet neighborhood made for a relaxing retreat after exploring London. The spacious, clean, and stylishly decorated townhouse had a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, and multiple bathrooms. Vincenzo, our host, provided clear instructions and was responsive to our questions. The check-in process was smooth, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the home. This townhouse was the perfect base for our London adventure. We highly recommend it to anyone seeking a comfortable and convenient place to stay in the city.

La maison de Nadia est encore mieux que sur les photos .Un endroit cosy et très bien équipé surtout dans la cuisine . J’ai pu tranquillement préparer les repas de Noël pour notre famille. Les lits sont très moelleux. Nadia est une hôte très sympathique et réactive à nos moindres questions. Le petit jardin est un vrai plus. Chose très appréciée : Nadia s’est occupée des démarches pour pouvoir stationner la voiture devant la maison ou presque . Le quartier est très calme. Merci Et belle fin d’année

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. The place was exceptionally clean, and it was clear that the hosts take great pride in maintaining their property. The location is fantastic—perfectly situated near wonderful restaurants, local shops, and attractions. I loved being able to explore the area easily and still have a cozy retreat to come back to after a long day of sightseeing. The interior of the home is warm and inviting, with lovely decor that made the space feel both stylish and comfortable. All the amenities I needed were available, making my stay even more enjoyable. Lovely home, very well appointed. Upscale kitchen which allowed us to cook. Beautiful floors and stairs, quality bedding, linens and towels, cozy family room. Very clean. Felt safe.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Jessie's home. Jessie's communication from initial booking all the way through to the end of our stay was excellent, with clear instructions provided and recommendations for local things to do (activities / bars / restaurants). The home was as described / advertised and was perfect for our stay. There are multiple supermarkets within 5 minutes walking distance and there are train stations close by which will take you direct to Waterloo station in the centre of London or to Kingston / Richmond / Windsor etc. I would 100% recommend Jessie as a host and would stay here again when next in London.
