Possibility of a morning swim in the sea 150 meters away via a cozy little walking path. Lomma beach or swimming from piers, all services and renowned eateries such as Slaktaren and Lomma ice cream factory within walking distance. Small garden cottage 23m2, centrally located

The small cottage in my garden is only available for short term rental, max 45 days. It has 23 m2: bedroom, living room with kitchenette and toilet + shower. The water heater provides about 50 liters, which is equivalent to a roughly 7-minute shower. The cottage is not big but clean and pleasant. In the bedroom, there is a bed 120 cm and in the living room, a 90 cm sofa/bed. The cabin is best suited for one person (hot water), but it can also accommodate two guests.

A private house with kitchen, toilet and shower on the ground floor. Level 1 has a sleeping area with a double bed. TV corner with sofa and armchair and behind this another 2 beds (single beds that can be double bed). In front of the panoramic window with fantastic views, there are armchairs and tables for relaxing and socializing.

The house is refurnished, and everything is welcoming and delicious. What you hear when you open the Balcony-doors, is the sound of the waves and the wind in the trees.
