Charming cottage in the countryside at 200 m from the beach (equipped with restaurants and bars), in absolute tranquility. All rooms are situated on the ground floor. It consists of a double bedroom, a windowed bathroom with tub and shower, a kitchen-living room with a table for 6 people and a sofa bed for two people. There is a porch adjoining the entrance. In the garden there is a barbecue and a table. At about 1 km (in the center) are: bakery, supermarket, bar, newspapers and tobacco, pizzerias and restaurants, butchers, and pharmacy). From here the coach to Salò, Desenzano and Brescia. TV: italian, english, french, spanish and german channels are available.

This wonderful bohemian apartment is nestled in the beautiful countryside of northern Italy. 10 min car ride to Pavia and a 15 min walk through the rice fields, takes you to one of the most beautiful Monasteries in Italy. Milano is a 20 min drive away, by car or by train. The apartment is situated in an old charming farmhouse containing a living room with a dobble bed, a eat-in kitchen and a big bathroom. Loft con grandi vetrate che danno visuale sul portico (300 mq) e sul parco recintato da antiche mura. L'ho arredato con passione creando un mix di varie epoche, ottenendo così uno stile originale, accogliente e confortevole. Uno spazio volutamente fuori dal tempo ! Ideale se amate la vera campagna lombarda. Risiedo qui dal 1995.
