Cozy cottage located right in the middle of the dune landscape in the scenic Kettrup Bjerge only 200 meters from the beach. The house is of an older date and was renovated inside in 2020 and contains a new kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, stove/oven, refrigerator and microwave, dining room, living room with wood stove, three bedrooms and a bathroom. The house has a large terrace raised above the terrain, as well as a covered terrace. The property has its own dune where there is a "hidden" bench from which you can enjoy sea views/sunset.

On the large natural grounds with spruce trees and apple orchards, there are fantastic views over fields, streams and forests - here you can relax and completely unwind. Here you can recharge in the quiet surroundings - and the cottage offers all the basic necessities; The cottage consists of a room and a bathroom. In the large room, there is a nice bed (140 cm/three-quarter), kitchen facilities with, among other things, a dishwasher, sofa (sofa bed), dining area and entrance. The small functional bathroom has a toilet, sink and shower.

A very nice cottage with a good atmosphere. Colorful and things chosen with care. The bed is good. There is no shower inside, but only outside, but with hot water in a closed shower section. No TV and internet, but close to the beach, and you can hear the North Sea about 250 meters away. Close to the finest sunsets. Large terrace, part of which is covered. Lots of land. Shared dining/kitchen area and shower/toilet as well as table tennis table in the main building just behind "Rødhytte". Beautiful Grønhøj Strand is only 2 km away. There are countless lovely hiking and biking trails in the area. Fårup Sommerland is 9 km away. There is internet on the grounds as well as in the main building.

The house is surrounded by trees and is undisturbed in quiet surroundings. The house has a lovely south facing covered terrace with good shelter. The house itself is architect-designed, and there is a lovely atmosphere in the cozy space of the house. The place is looking for a relaxing holiday with really good opportunities for experiences within a short distance.
