You live completely alone on the roof level of the building - like in a penthouse. The elevator goes down to the floor below. A shared launderette is available. Parking space in the yard.

Our forest villa, completed in 2025, is surrounded by numerous pine trees and is located directly in the coastal forest just 200m away from the beautiful sandy beach of the lakeside resort Lubmin. This is a unique wood-clad architectural house, consisting of two units that can be combined with each other. Together with the house "Gustav" and the adjacent tiny house "Franz", our modern forest villa can accommodate up to 9 guests in a unique environment directly in the pine forest.

A bright and inviting sunroom features a round table at the center, surrounded by four wicker chairs. Large windows allow natural light to fill the space, and light curtains frame the views. A small television is positioned on a stand in one corner.

Very nice landlord who allowed us earlier access to the apartment. The location is great, very centrally located and downtown and the harbor are within walking distance. I felt very comfortable in the apartment of Jana and Jan. The communication worked well, so I could contact Jan directly with questions, for example. Surroundings is quiet and nature beautiful. If you need a break and want to escape from the stressful everyday life in the big city (like me), this is the place to be. So I'd love to come back :).

The location was quiet, but still central – supermarkets, cafes and public transport were easily accessible. The host was very friendly, easily accessible and responded quickly to any questions. The check-in was very quick and easy. I especially liked the small personal touch in the accommodation, such as fresh towels, a welcome greeting and good tips for the area. I would come back anytime and can fully recommend the property!

A really great accommodation for groups of up to 10 people. The facility left nothing to be desired. Ideal for groups who want to explore the surroundings by bike! Stralsund, Greifswald and Rügen are ideal as a day trip. The contact with our landlord was very pleasant. We will definitely recommend this address and will be happy to come back!!

I spent a wonderful weekend at Jürgen's apartment. The place was very appealing, spotlessly clean and excellently located. The communication with Jürgen was straightforward, warm and always attentive. Absolutely recommend – I would come back anytime!
