Marzia est une hôte très accueillante sachant mettre à l’aise, comme la majorité des Italiens 😊👌. Elle est extrêmement réactive lorsque nous posons des questions. Marzia est force de proposition sur les activités lorsque nous l’interrogeons. Elle est au top !!! 👍🏼 La maison est très sympathique, situé à 20 minutes des plages. Il est possible de faire ses courses à pieds, profitez des nombreux bar et restaurants. Le lits est confortable, la salle de bain est très propre et fonctionnelle….le petit déjeuner nous a fait toute la semaine 🤗!!! Allez y les yeux fermés. 😉

The house and the location are amazing. The view from terrasse is unbelievably beautiful. Chiara is very helpful and available and provide all instructions in details. I will be back for sure.

Waouh ! Quel endroit magnifique au calme et entouré de verdure. Nous avons passé un séjour idyllique avec une vue impressionnante sur les montagnes et nous avons pris plaisir à utiliser la piscine en fin de journée après avoir visité la Sardaigne. Un grand merci à Lucas et Mariella pour leur accueil, disponibilité et gentillesse. Si vous recherchez le calme et la sérénité nous vous le recommandons vivement et les yeux fermés.

The house is located around 5mins walk to the beach. The beach itself is very private with no lifeguards so at your own risk and not very shallow after few meters but still lots of children are swimming in it and quite safe with little to no waves. The house is an older style of house which reminds me of my grandparent’s house. It is clean and well maintained. Lots of space indoor and outdoor. Very clear instructions on how to get there and what to do and not to do. Nice kitchen with basic equipments so preferably buy some groceries and you will be self-sufficient in the house for days. The bed could be a little bit more comfortable though. But overall, a great experience to go off the grid!

Our stay at Tenuta Muscazeca in Luras was unforgettable. Perfectly located in northern Sardinia, it allowed easy exploration of both coasts and the stunning northern shores. The estate, set in a vineyard, offered breathtaking sunrise views. Laura, the host, went above and beyond, stocking the fridge with homemade biscuits, wine, and breakfast essentials. We had plenty of towels and cozy bedding. Her friendly dogs, Ulysses and Pippa, were a delightful bonus. Laura's warmth made us feel truly welcome, offering great local tips. Despite the August heat, the estate was peaceful, away from tourist crowds, letting us fully enjoy the authentic Sardinian landscape. Highly recommended! We can't wait to return and experience more of this beautiful, serene retreat—it’s a hidden gem in Sardinia.

I stayed at Giovanni Antonio’s Air BnB for about 10 days in January 2025. My stay was fantastic. The house is very spacious and comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable and I slept like a baby! As for the host and his wife, they are lovely people, truly welcoming and on hand for any questions or issues. They provided a generous, well-stocked and replenished supply of breakfast foods. The location is great, with the main supermarket a two-minute walk and the town centre 3-4 minutes walk from the front door. The local pizzeria, La Torre, recommended to me by everyone I met in Ozieri, is excellent only a 5-minute walk. As a Catholic, I was also delighted to find active churches - the beautiful cathedral and the church of San Francesco - also 5-10 minutes walk from the house. I could go on, but suffice it to say it has been a great experience and I would recommend this lovely family's house to anyone.

We stayed here for a couple nights and would definitely stayed here next time we visit. Comfortable bed, ice cold a/c, quiet, and a water view from the terrace are all we need to be happy guests. Valentina’s place checked all those boxes.

Beautiful location. Perfect place to relax. The apartment was very clean, beds comfy ( including sofa bed) and the best pillows. I would message hosts prior to arriving as they will direct you best route to get to location. They do have water, juice, ice cream, frozen meals and wine for sale onsite. There also was wifi which we were not expecting! We did a food and wine pairing/ tasting. Really made the experience that much better. I would recommend this place to stay and give you a chance to relax in between exploring other parts of island.

Lovely stay, the apartment had what we needed, very clean and quiet. We would return as we believe this is good value for money. You will need a car to go into town, or use a taxi, but the surroundings compensate for the distance. Overall 5 stars, we are already missing sitting on the balcony, with stunning mountain views, watching the cattle and sheep graze across the field’s, whilst watching the sun go down …. . As for Maria, fabulous host, good communication prior to our arrival. We were not kept waiting to receive the keys, shown around and everything was explained to us. Contact numbers were given just in case we needed anything … perfect.

Nous avons été ravies de notre séjour chez Dorota. Ce logement a répondu à nos attentes, il est bien situé, logement propre, hôte agréable et réactive aux moindres questions et y apporte une solution. De plus les animaux sont acceptés, comme décrit dans l'annonce et vrai, ma chienne s'est fait un gentil copain :) Nous recommandons ce logement pour votre séjour à Olbia, vous ne serez pas déçus.

Wir haben uns bewusst für eine Unterkunft dieser Art entschieden, da wir die lokalen Geschäftstreibenden unterstützen wollten. Hotels und größere Anlagen kamen für uns daher nicht in Frage. Die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen - was auf den Fotos erst rustikal wirkt, entpuppte sich als eine moderne, mit allen Mitteln ausgestattete Wohnung mit neuer Küche, absolut sauberem Bad und sauberer Wäsche (Handtücher, Bettlaken usw.). Zudem war der Gastgeber super freundlich und hat sich sehr schnell um unsere Fragen gekümmert. Der Balkon ist sogar noch etwas größer als auf dem Bild zu sehen. Die Unterkunft, besonders die Küche, ist hervorragend ausgestattet, Gewürze, Kaffee, Kochutensilien mehr als reichlich vorhanden. Bettwäsche sauber, die Kissen riechen nicht nacht alt und die Wohnung ist schlicht sehr gepflegt und stilvoll eingerichtet. Man merkt sofort, dass der Eigentümer in diese Zeit und Geld investiert. Alles zusammen - top Empfehlung!

Schöne Unterkunft, die alles hatte was man braucht. Tony war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Bis zur Altstadt waren es 10 Minuten zu Fuß, aber dafür hat man einen Parkplatz. Man hatte eine tolle Aussicht vom Balkon beim Frühstücken. Gerne wieder!

Abbiamo alloggiato da Grazia per poter andare a Mamoiada per Cortes Apertas, ed è stata decisamente un'ottima idea, sia per la posizione che per la qualità del servizio offerto (ambienti puliti, letti comodissimi, colazione buona e abbondante)

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Tigelio. Tigelio est réactif et très accueillant. La chambre est fonctionnelle et la salle de bain privée (hors de la chambre) est très bien également. Un petit déjeuner est compris dans le prix du bien. L’emplacement est idéal pour visiter les alentours de Palau et pour prendre le ferry direction la Maddalena. Nous vous recommandons ce bien :)

We had a fabulous stay here! About 5 minutes walk to the central high street in Olbia, though far enough way for complete peace and quiet at night. Also very close to the main bus stops to get around the city and the coaches if you’re headed further afield. Such good value! Yoghurts, juice, butter, bread, coffee etc all provided and included in the cost. And a table and chairs outside to sit and enjoy the sun with your food. Comfy bed in a light airy room with a great bathroom and shower. Our hosts were super helpful and let us drop our bags early. They had great local restaurant recommendations too. We got stuck with a cancelled bus and they were quick to send us local taxi numbers (huge help as lots of people ended up pretty stranded) I would definitely stay here again - thank you!

Wir waren 3 Nächte bei Antonio- es war sehr schön- die Altstadt war in kürze zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Altstadt von Orosai ist wirklich sehenswert!! Parkplätze waren direkt vor der Haustüre. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber & das Frühstück war super. Auch die Dachterrasse war toll! Die Gastgeber waren sehr hilfsbereit. An der Straße sind die Autos nachts sehr schnell vorbei gefahren, das hört man im Zimmer, allerdings hat uns das überhaupt nicht gestört, Weil wir einen sehr guten Schlaf haben 😊 Die Madratzen waren auch super!! Danke antonio für die tolle Zeit!!

Ein wundervoller Ort, um Ruhe zu finden. Eine wunderschöne Anlage, fantastisches Frühstück und ein toller Hund, der den Aufenthalt noch besser gemacht hat.

Francesco e la mamma sono stati ottimi host. Accoglienti, disponibili a consigliare ristoranti e attività nei dintorni, gentilissimi e professionali. Sembrava di essere a casa, grazie all’atmosfera rilassante creata dai padroni di casa. La camera è spaziosa e dotata di ogni comfort, dai prodotti per il bagno ad una ricchissima e prelibata selezione di prodotti per la prima colazione. Il letto è molto comodo, dotato di doppi cuscini, e ogni dettaglio della casa rispecchia la cura, l’attenzione e la passione di chi ci mette l’anima nel proprio lavoro. Ottima posizione all’interno del paese, centrale ma riservata e silenziosa. Le due verande chiuse e la terrazza sovrastante sono arredate con semplicità e classe, vere oasi di pace e relax, da cui godere del panorama circostante, quasi come ammirare un quadro. In questo periodo dell’anno, durante l’attesa per le festività natalizie, ulteriore nota di merito va agli splendidi allestimenti delle decorazioni natalizie in tutto il B&b.
