Very good location. In the heart of the city center, many restaurants at the foot of the apartment, and yet very quiet apartment, very good sound insulation. Very nice apartment.

Great apartment, very large and comfortable overall. Somewhat difficult to close the door from the outside Sofa bed very noisy and really tangles Other than that, it was great!

Very well located accommodation, underground parking "almost" right across the street. The accommodation is well insulated despite being on a main street, you hear very little traffic. Bedding acceptable (I'm not a fan of spring mattresses) but I still slept well. The balcony is a very pleasant plus.

My stay at this place was very nice, impeccable decoration, very neat, very comfortable bed,the location 1 min from the train station and buses is perfect. I'd recommend it without a second thought

Lovely place to stay, I stayed here to do some research work for my business and it provided an excellent based for me to travel to nearby cities and this is located right by the seaside and near the restaurants and supermarkets etc. very clean and well decorated place

Simply the best location possible! Super nice, higher end neighborhood near many, many restaurants, store, groceries. The flat is quite spacious, both bedroom and living room good size. Emile is very responsive, checking in by text several times to confirm things are well. I was met at the front and was allowed to check in a few hours early too. Flat seems to have all new appliances. That said, the building is older and the interior of the flat is furnished more like student housing, tho is kept quite clean. Given the great location and wonderful, considerate service from Emile and his hired agent, deserving of 5 stars as most guests will not spend much time in the flat

The accommodation and the stay went very well. The layout of the house is perfect . Small regret Not understood that there is no bedroom downstairs but the sofa bed in the living room / I had asked by phone . And the gate facing the sea is not accessible for cars . And the one in the back is very difficult to access and manipulate . Somewhat complicated for elderly people.

Great, we were able to enjoy our stay independently. Easy to access, its location allows you to enjoy the beach and La Rochelle without being bothered with our car. A big thank you to Anaïs who was very responsive and attentive in messages, a great host! ☀️

⭐️Home from home⭐️ this stay was just amazing after a 3 week Europe travel it was lovely to stay in a place that felt just like HOME. this house is so comfortable and well equipped it has everything you need plus an added play room for children. this house is a HOME not a empty apartment but it's the part we loved the most. the garden is beautiful and the Host was lovely very quick at replying to messages and answered any questions we had straight away. we would definitely recommend this place to anyone especially families with young children. thank you for a lovely stay

This was our second Christmas break at Julian's place after being lucky enough to stumble upon it last minute last year. It was just as perfect as we remembered. A gorgeous space (especially the beautiful fireplace) in a beautiful little French village. There is lots of lovely countryside to roam around on your doorstep and a big town with lots to do nearby, but we spent most of our holiday relaxing by the fire. Julian is a great host. Very responsive and the apartment is easy to access and has always been perfectly clean and tidy when we arrive. Thank you for another lovely Christmas. We are already considering spending a third year in a row in Pocé-sur-Cisse so we can stay here again.

Brigitte’s home was a wonderful home for 5 travelers over a weekend in Lyon. All the essentials were included in our stay and we very much enjoyed the pool and garden space. Would highly recommend to fellow travelers!
