The house is very tasteful and furnished with everything you need. We felt really comfortable and were able to overlook a few things that were not quite as optimal (very steep stairs to the attic, broken window, sluggish toilet flushing) because the rest was so beautifully and noticeably thought out and prepared with love. Communication with the host went smoothly and reliably. The location is very quiet and within walking distance of a fantastic nature reserve. We enjoyed it and were able to unwind.

All around nice vacation home, with great location, great infrastructure and lots of charm and relaxation factor. Communication with Tom and Franziska was also very good. Clear vacation recommendation.

We had a great long weekend in Trent. We were 4 adults and 1 toddler and the house is super designed for it. Lots of children's equipment (bed, high chair, toilet seat, stool, cup, dishes, cutlery and much more) and in winter the underfloor heating is particularly great. We also enjoyed the sauna and fireplace. The sea is 5 minutes away and for our activities we had to drive 45 minutes. The only thing that maybe didn't work so well for us was that it's very bright and our child gets up very early. Then everyone was up early. But the house is beautifully and lovingly furnished, the beds comfortable and the bathrooms great. Highly recommend!

Beautifully quiet and idyllically located house and as in the description - the sea is within walking distance and the garden is huge. An ideal place for quiet days, especially for families. We were here with a 5-year-old and would be happy to come back.

The location of the place is perfect. Quietly located and you were in the city and beach in a few minutes. The place was clean and we didn't miss anything.

We were in the property for my mother's 60th birthday with the whole family (9 adults, 4 children, a baby and 2 dogs) and rented all four apartments. All apartments are incredibly lovingly and nicely decorated, we all felt very comfortable. The apartments are clean and really everything you need was available. Michaela was always easily accessible and friendly and helpful at all times. We would definitely recommend this place!

We stayed with Tom for the weekend with the whole family and had a great time. It is fantastically beautifully decorated and everyone had fun. The beautiful large garden with trampoline and fireplace has delighted everyone. For some, the beds could be a bit hard. We were even provided with firewood and you could buy homemade honey for a fair price. We will be happy to come back! Kind regards, Rike

We were guests with grandpa in a wheelchair. The description of the place was exactly what we found. Going on vacation with a wheelchair user is not that easy, but with Achim it was possible. We are grateful for that. Grab handles, space everywhere, no thresholds and a shower stool - perfect. Our child was delighted by the garden and we by the tranquility and nature. Achim was always within easy reach. We took care of ourselves. In return, nothing was missing. We fully recommend the place!

Thank you for the stay, we felt very comfortable right away, as everything worked out for us. For 2 people a beautiful , bright and well laid out apartment overlooking the Baltic Sea. Shopping and restaurants nearby. On warmer days, it is also very good to sit on the generously sized balcony. The elevator in the house was very helpful for our luggage. A little adventure is parking in the garage, but everything worked out, just like that :-) and with some practice that was no problem. We had a great week in the apartment! Especially with our 16 months old daughter, that was optimal. High chair, cot, toys and washing machine are a big plus. The balcony with beach chair is wonderful! The apartment is spacious and really everything is there if you want to feed and cook for yourself. The way to the beach is not far, we have always used the available bike for a shopping tour. Nadine was super helpful and quick to respond. We were kindly able to get into the apartment a little earlier and did not have to bridge the time after arrival. We will be happy to come back! Anja, Jean-Michel and Mina

We stayed for a week, communication was super friendly and always helpful. The apartment was totally clean and perfectly furnished for vacation. Great for families as there was also a washing machine with dryer available. The garden with barbecue was super well maintained and perfect for dinner outside. A little clairvoyant from the tenants above but that doesn't bother you. In the entrance area, we were even able to find a lot of information for things to do and you can see in and around the house that it is furnished and managed with love. We'd love to come back!

Great, modern apartment just off the promenade. Everything was as described. There was no additional cost for parking, pet, internet or the like. We are completely satisfied and would keep coming back. We recommend this apartment!

We visited Greifswald for a few days over Easter and stayed with Sigrid and Wolfgang. The apartment is large and spacious, it has everything you need. The sofa bed sleeps great, the conservatory and balcony are a dream. All in all great! The landlords live in the house, are warm and reserved, but very accessible if necessary. We felt very comfortable and welcome and will be happy to come back!

There were two of us there for a week over New Year's. The apartment is great, the whole house is very new, underfloor heating, large bathroom and large bathtub make it cozy even in winter. The kitchen is excellently equipped, the apartment offers plenty of space for two, we did not use the second bedroom under the roof. The apartment was perfectly clean. For us, it was the ideal apartment for this vacation. Usedom is also worth a trip at this time of year to enjoy nature. We will be happy to come back.

We had a very relaxing week in the apartment. The decor is tasteful, everything was very clean - we felt really comfortable.

We were very warmly welcomed by Ms. Lange and were able to feel right at home after an introduction to the special features of the apartment. It becomes clear that the maintenance and cleanliness of the accommodation are of great importance. The kitchen is really excellently equipped and otherwise everything you could ever need is in the apartment. The location is quiet and you can walk to the beach in no more than two minutes. The train station is also less than a 10-minute walk away and the bus runs in front of the house. There are shops in Ahlbeck - you can get here by bus within a few minutes, or you can walk. The apartment thus proved to be an ideal starting point for our activities. In the apartment, there is also a box available, with all kinds of information and programs, to suggest leisure activities. If we have any questions or “special requests,” the hosts Lange are quickly accessible and extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you!

There is not much to say about the accommodation and the landlord, everything is perfect. The location is very good, 10 min walk to the beach 👍 Apartment Fantastically beautiful. We will be happy to come back 🌄

I was most impressed by the huge roof terrace, protected from the eye for myself. The rest of the apartment was always great for me. There was nothing missing. Would book the apartment again immediately. 👍

A very cute and cozy attic apartment overlooking Lake Sellin and Rasenden Roland train station. You can easily walk to the Edeka, the Ahoi adventure pool from here. Behind the house, a path goes down through the small grove up to the beach. Very nicely located. We felt very comfortable. In the house, an elevator leads up from the TG to the DG apartment. We recommend the place well for 3 people.

We had a very nice week for two in the apartment 3, located directly on the dike to the Bodden behind it. Via the dike, you can reach the town of Zingst on foot in a few minutes. The apartment is very cozy, clean and matches the photos. The kitchen is very well equipped and you can park directly on the property in a carport. We can absolutely recommend the apartment and will definitely be back.

There were three of us (1 adult - 2 children) in the really nice and cozy apartment of Nina and Maik. It is lovingly decorated, everything is available and the bed is super comfortable!! Three of us slept well there. Everything is within walking distance and we will definitely come back. It's worth it =)
