Für den Gemeinsamen Aufenthalt steht ein großer Gemeinschaftsraum mit Fernseher, WLAN und einem Tisch Fußball zur Verfügung. Die voll ausgestattete Küche mit mehreren Herden ermöglicht eine bequeme selbst Verpflegung. Auf jeder Etage gibt es ein Badezimmer sowie ein separates WC. Für zusätzlichen Komfort gibt es Waschmaschinen, damit längere Aufenthalte problemlos möglich sind.

Wifi is available as well. The house is very rural, but you can reach the train station in a few minutes and can also travel to larger cities or to the nearest to shop. The "Kleine Villa im Pfuhl" with a large garden is spacious and lovingly restored in 2010. It is great for families, friends and businesses for happy togetherness or relaxation. A group of 10 adults and 4 children best fits in the house. However, more bedrooms can be added in the neighboring house on request.
