This place is my favourite in town!!! I could have chosen others nearer to where I love, cheaper, etc, but the comfort in knowing that this is an unique place, silence-guaranteed, with working appliances, clean, and, especially, knowing that Markus will be available to help if needed, are really worth the money. I could not have imagined that even with construction work in the center, the place would continue to be the quietest apt I stayed. I needed a break from construction noise, and I did find the peace I needed so much. Thank you, Markus, for once again, being so welcoming and accommodating! I said I'd be back and I did. Hopefully, I'll return again at some point! so, if you're looking for central+sauna+amenities, look no further, avoid the ones run by businesses. This one is the true gem!

Thank you for our home for the month of January in Helsinki. The apartment was cozy, peaceful and had everything we needed to feel at home. The city centre is easily walkable from the apartment and there's some great cafés very close by, Rams was our favourite. The Alepa across the road has a great selection of groceries too. Within minutes you can be walking along the harbour too. Highly recommend a stay here, we'll definitely be returning. Thanks.

The apartment is wonderfully suitable for a stay in Helsinki. The location is perfect. The cathedral and the harbor can be reached in 5 minutes on foot and right outside the door are 2 supermarkets. The apartment is well-equipped and communication with Tomi is very nice.

We stayed at Juha‘s apartment over the Easter holidays and enjoyed it a lot. The flat is centrally located with many places of interest, shops, restaurants and public transport in walking distance. Nonetheless it was quiet and we could sleep well. The kitchen is well equipped, and we enjoyed the sauna! Communication was easy and helpful. We can recommend Juha‘s apartment 100%.

We had a wonderful stay at Anssi's apartment. It was very clean and well equipped and we enjoyed using the sauna. Anssi was very helpful with our questions before we arrived and even helped me by checking the apartment when I thought I had left a jumper behind after we left. It turned out that I hadn't left it behind anyway.

I enjoyed staying at Seija’s apartment so so much. Her instructions were clear, I had no problem at all from the airport to her apartment. The apartment was clean and tidy, it just looks exactly as the pictures shown and the description mentioned. Tram #1 and tram #6 with stops very close to the apartment. It’s easy to get to the city center! She was also responsive. Furthermore, the private sauna is a bonus, I enjoyed it a lot. I felt refreshed after the sauna every day. I will definitely choose Seija’s apartment again if I visit Helsinki! Thanks Seija! :)

The apartment was amazing, had everything you need, literally EVERYTHING. Lots of kitchen utensils. I've stayed in a lot of Airbnb apartments and this is the first apartment that had so many things, I really appreciate it. The owner was very responsive and sent clear instructions. The place was spacious with a balcony. And the electric fireplace made this place even cozier. There is also an elevator. Quiet neighborhood, nearby is a shop and a bus stop to Helsinki (20 min drive). Free parking for the car. I really recommend this place. I will stay again.

The condo was lovely. We truly loved our stay. It was a perfect home away from home for my family and two young kids (a 3 year old and 0 year old). The location was great. Everything was beautiful. It was sparkly clean. The owner was hospitable and timely responded to all inquiries. The condo was conveniently located just 80 minutes from Helsinki and was near the sea, restaurants, bars, and the beach. The listing indicated it had 4 bedrooms. Only three bedrooms were accessible to us, which was perfectly fine as there was plenty of room and we loved our stay. A handicap friendly elevator was offered, if needed (which we utilized for toting the heavy bags with lots of kids' stuff up to the third floor). The house had two full bathrooms and was equipped with a bubble bath and a sauna. Everything about the apartment was charming, immaculate, cozy, stylish, and just perfect. At the time we made the reservation, we inquired about our need for a crib or pack n play for our baby. The owner promptly responded that a pack n play would be provided. Not only was there a pack n play set up when we arrived, there was also a high chair set up at the dining room table. We appreciated the thoughtful and sweet gesture. Having the special items at the condo made traveling with a baby comfortable and easy. The owner was extremely friendly and courteous. Once we checked in, the owner reached out to us to make sure everything was great and assured us we could contact him with any questions/concerns during our stay. The three accessible bedrooms were on the third floor. Two bedrooms were large and had balconies. The third bedroom was smaller and had two skylights. There was a fabulous bathroom on the third floor complete with a shower and a sauna. The second floor had a full and beautiful kitchen with all the amenities we could need for cooking in the condo, a comfy and stylish living area, a long dining room table, a beautiful bathroom with a tub and shower, and a balcony with seaside views. The bottom floor had our entrance, a foyer, and the stairwell.

Stayed on this location for four days. Everything went smooth from the very beginning: Good instructions for the check-in and the amenities, spotless and cozy apartment, helpful and quick responses. The location is great: easy access to public transport, lots of restaurants, cafes and shops around the area. I was slightly worried because there is a lot of construction work around the area at the moment but it didn't bother us at all! Definitely recommend this place and will consider coming back again :)

This was one of the best place we have stayed in in Helsinki and we come almost every month. We absolutely loved it, the flat is beautiful and really well furnished, modern but welcoming. It feels homey and is really comfortable. It is located in a really nice area, close to the sea but 5min. by tram to the city center and the tram is about 25m. from the door. Edward was a great host, very reactive and accommodating. We are already planning to come back here as much as we can in the coming months :)

This was the second time we were in this apartment. Wonderful place, easily accessible. Glad we could get to the apartment earlier. Convenient that the supermarket is nearby and the tram. Katajanokka is a beautiful piece of Helsinki. In no time you will be in the inner city, right by its several restaurants. The best one is Wellamo. I'd love to come back🥰.

Henry made my stay in Helsinki incredibly easy. All of his instructions were sent well before I needed to locate the apartment, giving me time to familiarise myself with the area. The apartment was very well equipped, very modern and impeccably neat! The area is a little way out of the centrum but a tram stop takes you straight in and out of Helsinki and the ferry terminal is right nearby.

Jamar’s apartment is wonderful - cozy and stocked with everything you need. He was super responsive, gave clear instructions, and was always ready to help. He offered a garage right next to the apartment for a really reasonable fee. Fair warning, though: the garage is a bit tight (like many in older Helsinki buildings), so you’ll need to be a little careful maneuvering in and out.

This was an ideal place for us to stay while we adjusted to the time-zone change and explored Helsinki on foot. It is just minutes from the waterfront, which is a great running route and swimming location. The wonderful sauna Loyly is a ten-minute walk and full of interesting people. Now we understand why the Finns love saunas! Melina’s condo is lovely in all respects, well appointed, and in a venerable picture-post-card worthy building. Melina is a responsive and caring host. The kitchen-living room has very high ceilings, giving a feeling of spaciousness. The bathroom is compact and the ceiling in part of the bedroom slopes down, but these are minor inconveniences more than offset by the many positive attributes. We would gladly stay here again.
