Peace and beautiful nature close to the beach. This small apartment of 24 m2 is connected to a smaller cottage. It is located in the most beautiful nature with birdsong and rich wildlife outside the windows. Walk 300 meters across the field and you are at the beach. There is a private terrace in connection with the apartment. There is an insect net in the patio door, so sleep with the door open and enjoy the sounds of the night. Take the food and a bottle of wine to the hilltop of the field and enjoy the magnificent views of the fields and beach. There is a dog on the property.

Half-timbered house in the small town of Lejbølle. Go back in time with lots of patina and low ceilings. 3 wood-burning stoves for the sake of coziness, they are not heat sources (there is a heat pump). Behind the garden is a closed, barbecue, fireplace and old forge iron stove for decoration. There are games and a music system (AUX connector for iPhone is there). The house has a 55” flat screen and Wi-Fi. All beds are Hæstens beds, minimum Superior. I have several houses on Langeland, but this is unconditionally the nicest with a feeling of "old days".

New cottage in the absolute 1st row and private beach at Musholmbugten and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50 m2 and with a 10 m2 annex. The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

Dageløkkehuset

In this thatched farmhouse, you can relax in a quiet environment surrounded by fields and green gardens. The garden is enclosed and therefore perfect for dogs. The garden has 3 terraces, lots of old rose varieties and then it has a cozy touch of "Wild on purpose". If😄 you stand outside in front of the house, you can see to Fyn and if you walk 600 meters down the road you will come to Dageløkke harbor and beach. Beautiful swimming opportunities and a summer-active harbor with tapas cafe and a wonderful sunset view. Plenty of hiking opportunities.

Own house on the beautiful island of Thurø with forest and beach

Stay in your own house on the island of Thurø in the middle of the beautiful, southern Funen countryside with the forest as a neighbor and close to the water. You can enjoy good beaches and hike in the island's forests and out on the beach meadows. Enjoy the cozy atmosphere of the old woodcutting workshop. The house has its own entrance. It includes a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room. In total, the house is 40 square meters with its own terrace and access to the garden. Not suitable for wheelchair users.

Fiskerhuset Åbyskov, 15 m to the water, near Svendborg

Enjoy the view of the field and beach from one of the house's 5 terraces. Jump into the waves from the house's jetty. Eat your breakfast as the sun rises over the sea and experience nature waking up. Relax in this unique and quiet home, where there is also fast internet and the possibility of office work with ocean views. The house is from 1869 and gently renovated, with underfloor heating throughout the house, large lovely bathroom, new open kitchen, cozy living room, entrance and 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor.

Idyllic cottage directly by the water.

Cottage directly by the water. Idyllic little cottage of 15 m2 located on 900 m2 of secluded land. The house is located at beautiful Elsehoved 3 km south of Lundeborg, and with both forest and water as a neighbor. The house is well furnished with a separate toilet. Please note that there is only a shower outside. This is with shielding and hot water. There is a fireplace with pots and pans. In addition, 2 sea kayaks and SUP boards for free use. The bed is a sofa bed with the option of using a top mattress.

Boathouse

Home away from home... Lean back, enjoy the view, and let the calm descend. The double patio door gives you the opportunity to open up, out to the water, as well as to go out on the private terrace, where your own outdoor shower is available in the summer. There is a table oven, stove, coffee maker, refrigerator with small freezer in the kitchen. Only 300 meters to the water, where there is a sandy beach. The boathouse is a separate residence from the main house, where I live with my 2 cats.

Panoramic sea view is the key word for this beautiful wooden cottage. The living room is facing west and the beautiful, red sunset can be enjoyed by the large windows or by the terrace. The house is only 100 meters from the beach. On the large area of the beach the grass grows wild, but there is, however, established a soccer field with 2 goals. The house includes 2 bedrooms; one with bunk beds, the other with two box mattresses (max 4 persons). There are good fishing and hiking opportunities.

Unique 30 m2 Tiny House by the lake.

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Kitchen: There are two hotplates, fridge with small freezer, fully equipped kitchen. Barbecue in the garden

Large cottage. 290 sqm large house with park-like garden and private 350 m grass path to the beach. Large kitchen and living room, pantry, laundry room, etc., 2 bathrooms. Upstairs, there are 6 bedrooms. Facilities include: Billiards in the henhouse, grand piano, toys, espresso machine and a huge garden with fruit trees and berries. Guests are responsible for their own final cleaning. Electricity consumption is charged at DKK 2.30/kWh (about DKK 40-50 per day for normal consumption).
