Du vil elske min bolig på grund af, at det er et sommerhus med fantastisk beliggenhed for enden af skoven og med vandet som nærmeste nabo få meter fra hoveddøren. Huset ligger for sig selv ved stranden, og her er idyl, fred og ro. Sommerhuset er placeret midt i naturen, og man vil vågne op til bølgeskvulp og dyrelivet helt tæt på. Huset er i sig selv enkelt indrettet, men tilgodeser alle dagligdags behov. Min bolig er god til par og velegnet til natur og kulturturisten.

The cottage

“The cabin” is a full insulated wooden cabin with underfloor heating in all rooms. Large living room with kitchen living room (sofa bed), a room (sofa bed), toilet with bath and a large loft. “The cabin” is 66 m2 and is newly built in 2017. It is located at the bottom of our garden in private villa area out to open fields and trail systems close to forest and beach. Our cozy wooden house is located only about 150 meters from the sandy beach on Louns peninsula in beautiful nature, with many opportunities for walking, running and cycling. Nice harbor environment with ferry, fishing and marina. Enjoy lunch or dinner at the town's inn or marina, overlooking the fjord. The house is furnished with three small bedrooms, a functional kitchen, And a newly renovated bathroom. Heating is with a heat pump, wood stove. Free and stable WiFi internet Satellite TV with Danish and various German channels.

It’s located in a holiday area, so you’ll most likely have a few neighbors around - but don’t worry, the ground is big, so you’ll have plenty of space to kick back and enjoy the peace and quiet.
