Great place! Vasilis and his father are very friendly, the fridge was fully prepared for guests. The location is perfect, just 10mins to Nea Peramos with car and 4-5 mins walk to the beach.

Our home was just 7-8 minutes away by car from all the amenities of Aspravalta and only a 2-3 minute walk to the sea. We spend 7 days there and we found everything needed in the house. The open-plan living room had a large table that was perfect for both dining and working. The bedroom was thoughtfully and stylishly decorated, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. All the linens were spotless, almost like brand new. Waking up every morning to a nearly 180-degree view of the sea and the Halkidiki mountains, and being able to look at that view any chance we got during the day, made us so so happy. With its stunning view, spacious living room and balcony, and breathtaking sunsets, we spent an unforgettable 7 days here. If I had to summarize this stay, I would describe it as peace, tranquility, and hope. We’re truly happy to have met our wonderful hosts, Martha and Joannis and their lovely boys. The cottage, its amenities, cleanliness, peaceful surroundings and nature, exceeded our expectations, as did the host’s hospitality. We’ve had everything we needed for a pleasant stay and felt at home. Ioannis, very kindly made sure we were looked after. We’ve had a memorable stay and are looking forward to going back soon.

We enjoyed staying at Manos apartment. He is a great host and made sure we are taken care of. Everything is as described and showed in photos. Apartment is clean and comfy. Sea is just 50m away and stores, restaurants and other entertainment is within few minutes of walking. We will return for sure.

The room is in the city center. From that point you can explore it on foot. It stands out for its functionality and decor. Clean space, clean bathroom, and clean linens. Felt comfortable.

This was the second time we visited Chrysanthi's place and we are once again delighted. The place is at 1 minute walk from a beautiful, clean, private beach. You have everything you need for a perfect stay, including sunbeds and umbrellas. 5 minutes drive and you're at Ierrisos, where you can find everything you need - stores, fish market, taverns. Chrysanthi is as always the perfect host. Great value for money!

We had a wonderful time with Anette and Costa. The house is very nicely located, you have your peace and quiet and yet it is close to Kavala, as well as many beautiful places and beaches. The tranquility and the fenced garden are wonderful for dogs, we didn't have to worry about our dog. The cottage is exactly as described and you have everything (or even more) you need. Anette always responded to our messages very quickly and kindly. At check-in, she was very flexible and explained everything to us. The property is easily accessible by car. Unique value for money! P.S. Especially with older children, you should note that there is no Wi-Fi, as stated in the description. Thank you for everything :) We will definitely be back
