We loved our stay! You are right in the middle of a quiet downtown. We enjoyed the balcony overlooking the street. You get to stay in a historic building with all of the modern amenities. If you are looking for something unique, this is the spot! We would definitely stay again if we are back in the area.

This was a last minute booking for us and they was very understanding and accommodating to get this stay in place for us. We was there the night that we booked it was extremely clean and very cozy it had a bed and a couch you could sleep on it had appliances in the little kitchen and there was two water bottles in the fridge when we got there which I thought was nice. The view outside of the window was gorgeous and if you took the stairs you could see some more mountains outside of those windows. The only thing that was a little worrisome was the elevator but it works and we didn’t have to climb 14 sets of stairs!! I would recommend staying here it has everything right down the road, from parks to restaurants it’s in a great spot and the room was in perfect shape. They had plenty of towels And anything else we might have needed.

I was looking for a place close to the grandview hospital and for that, Clint’s place suited me perfectly. It was a quick 5 mins drive. They had a gym that was perfect. The apt had all the amenities and wake up Birmingham are quite responsive to any questions and ready to help. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils. We stayed for a month and had enough linen and all the utensils needed for cooking everyday. The beds are comfortable and it’s a great place. I only have one recommendation. If the garage fob can be placed along with the apt key in the lockbox it would be easier to just enter the garage with the car once retrieved.

The house is gorgeous and beautifully decorated. The bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept on. The lake and park are very nice and peaceful. Everything was very clean. Lots of supplies were provided by the host. The back porch is nice to sit on and is private.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay. Very warm and hospitable hosts.

The room was EXCELLENT. The building is lovely inside and out. The amenities are exactly what you need when traveling or in town for an occasion. Grocery store and restaurants steps away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was very comfortable and inviting. It was a nice place to relax and unwind after the funeral. Thank you for making it such a great home base during our family time. A word of caution regarding parking. There are concerts at the venue right by the Flats. I'm assuming on the weekends. We came back from visiting with family after a funeral to find every parking spot filled. This includes the parking for ACE HARDWARE and the grocery store. If there is anything I would suggest... it would be designated parking only for The Flats building if that's possible.

We loved that this was right in the middle of the Entertainment District and so many places were walkable!

Cute apartment. Downtown was fun. Most things closed on Sunday, but rental was great. Communication was good.

This place is in a gorgeous neighborhood with plenty of room to park and a private quiet place to sleep. I think is it it is an exceptional value for the area.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean, well-stocked, and in an unbeatable location-right on the square in downtown Jacksonville. It was perfect for exploring the area. The only downside was the stairs from the landing to the bedrooms, which don't have handrails. This was a bit challenging for the two elderly guests in our group. That said, I would absolutely recommend this place.

We have stayed at this loft previous. Host has been accommodating and responds quickly. The home is right in the town center and squeaky clean, the beds are quite confy too. This is probably the best place to stay especially if you will be there during an Oneonta festival you could stand on the balcony and see it all. I have stayed in others in town and recommend this one hands down. Thank you host

Our accommodations were perfect for our trip to Oxford. Conveniently located just a couple of miles from Choccolocco Park, we were able to make several trips back and forth each day with no problems. There was some noise from neighboring apartments but not enough to be an issue. The apartment was extremely clean and had everything we needed. Although we were able to navigate the stairs to the bedrooms, it might be difficult for people with mobility issues or a safety issue if families have small children. Overall, we were super comfortable the entire stay and will definitely stay again on our next trip.

Micah is always an amazing host. He always goes beyond just being an Air BnB host to make sure everything is taken care of. He even gave info on getting some properties as well. While in Alabama launching many different business endeavors, it's so nice to always have a place to stay and a good host while there!

We really liked Mallorie's place! Very clean and nice furnishings. Quiet location off the beaten path. When housekeeping was running a little late on the day of our arrival, Mallorie offered to refund some money to make up for the inconvenience. We really appreciated that! Overall, great experience!

Great place to stay, close to a lot essential locations, especially if you work at the Depot. Will look this place up whenever I'm in Anniston.
