Mountain Heaven, enjoy the sound of nature.

A great location, surrounded with beautiful mountains, very peaceful and serene. Will often see deers and wildlife, large lot to park. Less than a minute to town to shop, eat, gas, & explore. If you’re trail riders, you have easy access to most Hatfield & McCoy rides. You can take off on your 4 wheelers/ATVs and reach Bearwallow trails in 10 minutes. If you like water, go kayak.Chief Logan State Park is 10 minutes away on 119 Hgwy, with public pools, playgrounds, fishing, picnic, & trail walks.

Wonderful, homey getaway beside flowing creek with little traffic, less than a mile from the Buffalo Mountain Trailhead. This is not just a place for trail riders but has been used by people attending family reunions and local festivals. Creekside Lodge is within the town limits of Delbarton where there are several restaurants, a small general store, and soon to open Dollar General. Trail riders will pass a local gas station on the way to the trail head.

Ruby’s Retreat Trails Dining on site Logan WV

We stayed for 4 nights and it was great! The hosts were very polite and very quick if we need anything. The beds were very comfortable and had all the linens we needed for our stay. The only thing that could have been better for our stay was, I could have been longer. We come back this way to ride again this will be the place we stay

If you’re looking for a great place to access Hatfield McCoy trails, this is the perfect place. Very reasonable pricing, literally anything you can ask for as far daily usage items, and a host that gives great food recommendations. You’re directly across from Buffalo Mountain, a stones throw away from the Devil Anse trail head, and a short ride down US52 to access Rock House. I would absolutely stay here again.

The house and the host were excellent. Everything was clean and functioned. The trailer being left at a separate area was a bit of and inconvenience and left us concerned however it worked out just fine and they were safe as described. We enjoyed our stay and the proximity to the Bear wallow trails.

Jennifer’s place is definitely underrated. Although they didn’t have the trail passes for us on arrival, the property and overall experience will not let you down. The power had been out from a really bad storm a few days before we arrived but luckily it didn’t affect our stay. The AC was cranked to almost arctic which my husband was overly excited for :) and the hot tub was working its way back up to 103. The creek across from the property and overall scenery was so relaxing and allowed my husband and I time to decompress and just enjoy our time together. She has everything you can think of that would be needed to have a wonderful stay with a single couple or a large group. I was excited that she had the fridge full of our fave condiments when we arrived and the essential spices for cooking in verse eating out every night. The stand-alone ice maker made it convenient so we could load up our cooler before hitting the neighbor hood trail head just a road over. We will definitely be back

Just Like Home!

Rebecca’s home was extremely clean! We felt that we had found the best house in the area. Most restaurants and places to shop at were 10-15 minutes with other up to an hour away. Having a relaxed weekend this was no problem for us. Very spacious with lots of activities to do at the house. The only thing I would not recommend was Giovanni’s pizza. Thank you Rebecca for your wonderful hospitality!!
