Mountain Heaven, enjoy nature & quietness.

A great location, surrounded with beautiful mountains, very peaceful and serene. Will often see deers and wildlife, large lot to park. Less than a minute to town to shop, eat, gas, & explore. If you’re trail riders, you have easy access to most Hatfield & McCoy rides. You can take off on your 4 wheelers/ATVs and reach Bearwallow trails in 10 minutes. If you like water, go kayak.Chief Logan State Park is 10 minutes away on 119 Hgwy, with public pools, playgrounds, fishing, picnic, & trail walks.

Mama Bears Den is the Perfect Location to Visit the Hatfield and McCoy Trails offering access to not only one but two different trail systems (Devil Anse & Rockhouse) within a mile of the property! Devil Anse connects with a Third trial system (Buffalo) offering days of trials with no need to trailer to other locations! Relax on the porch or by the fire pits while cooking on the grills by a scenic creek! While here visit the gravesite or museum of Devil Anse, just a short walking distance away.

WV Mountain Cabin/Hatfield and McCoy trails

Beautiful,Private, Secluded and Secure Mountain Cabin only a few miles off 119 and the town of Danville WV. Come enjoy a quite peaceful setting where the deer run free and the calls of nature are all around you. Those avid hikers we have several acres for you to explore. H&M Ivy Branch about 15 miles away. About 6 miles outlaw trials off Mud River/ Hobet Outlaw trails. We do have trailer parking at the top of the driveway. Kayaking stream access or rentals within close driving distance.

Franklin’s Lodge. Cozy little home.

Nice little getaway. Most roads are ATV friendly. Close to 4 Hatfield and McCoy Off Road trails. Close to State Park, hiking, biking, kayaking, fishing, hunting, and much more. Plenty of parking. Pet friendly. Newly remodeled. Heat and A/C. Covered porches. Grill and firepit. Perfect getaway or daily rental. Neighbors are extremely friendly and helpful. Don't miss out! Close to many restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping. Delivery is available if you don't feel like driving.

Peaceful, safe, trail access

Wildwood Cabins sits right on the Guyandotte River and the views are amazing and peaceful. We are only 250 yards from trail 17 of the RockhousTrail and only five minutes from the grocery store, restaurants, and gas stations in downtown Gilbert. We can leave trail permits and maps in the cabin for you so there's no need to worry about running those down. Our cabins are very well kept and clean.
