5 star studio at an affordable price. My son was staying nearby at a cabin park and I chose to stay here instead given the nightly rate was significantly lower than the cabin park and this studio met expectations! Love the styling and the immaculate bathroom was huge!

Kate was amazing from the get go! Super understanding and flexible and always responded quickly! Our check in was available pretty much available as soon as we arrived and when entering it was super clean. Fresh white sheets, the most comfiest bed ever with so many pillow options to find the right one, a comfy couch, squeaky clean bathroom and a cute little private balcony that felt right at home. It was a short walk to everything we needed and public transport pretty much outside the door. Microwave, kettle, and fridge were handy also! Couldnt be happier with Kate and her place! Made our week stay perfect!

the place was nice, large room, clean, nice view, clear instructions to help with check in, all amenities, I liked my stay and would recommend! The surfers paradise area is nice as well, very close to the beach and many restaurants around.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sophia's place. Check-in was straightforward, the place was spotless and the location was absolutely perfect, within walking distance of many cafes/restaurants and other things to do. We stayed during the Alfred cyclone and despite the building having issues outside of her control, Sophia was extremely responsive and attentive in making sure we had the right support, even proactively providing a fan when the AC went down. Overall a fantastic stay, great host and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

We arrived early and was able to check in early. John also upgraded us from a 3 bed to a 4 bed on the 53rd floor! The place was awesome with the usual amazing views, highly recommend

The location is perfect! Just one minute walking to the tram and one minute walking to the beach. Surfer’s main shopping area is two blocks away. It was an amazing stay and Sophia was always sending messages to check our stay. The room is spacious and could accommodate us four comfortably.
