Heerlijk bijkomen in een rustige omgeving, dichtbij Hanzestad Zutphen. Het vrijstaande huisje ligt op het erf van een woonboerderij. Op de begane grond bevindt zich een ruime woonkamer met open keuken (keukeneiland) met afwasmachine, inductiekookplaat, koelkast en combimagnetron. Tevens bevindt zich op de begane grond een slaapkamer met een 2-persoonsbed en een ruime badkamer met inloopdouche, dubbele wastafel en toilet. Op de 1e verdieping is een vide (open verbinding) met een 2-persoonsbed.

Onze Scandinavische modern-vintage hideaway ligt verscholen aan de bosrand. Open de schuifdeur en ontbijt met vogelgeluiden, dennengeur en eekhoorns om je heen. Grote glazen puien, Deense design meubels, een regendouche en een baristahoek zorgen voor luxe comfort midden in de natuur. Buiten geniet je van een douche of bad onder de dennen, relaxen in de hangmat en een vuurkorf onder de sterrenhemel. De Gorsselse Heide en de historische Hanzesteden Zutphen en Deventer liggen om de hoek.

NEW 🌟Guesthouse "Het Koetshuis" with swimming pond

Since August 2021, our coach house has been converted into a Guesthouse! Hosting the first Guesthouse was so good that we decided to add a second one. The house is free-standing on our 4.5-hectare property. The view is stunning and overlooks the meadow. The plot has a large swimming pond with beach, an orchard with flower garden, a field with playground equipment and a meadow. All this is accessible to our guests. * Our garden can also be booked as a shooting location

Flower house; where everything is correct!

On a farmyard in the middle of the greenery is a charming wooden cottage with Het Bloemenhuisje. The French doors give access to a private terrace, from where you have a view of the beautiful scenery of the Achterhoek. Here, the deer walk through the backyard, you start a clog path walk from the cottage or cycle the 8 castles route. It is a place to relax, to step out of the world for a while. Give yourself a few days of doing nothing and do what you feel like doing.

Wooden cottage, located in wooded area

A beautiful, self-built, log cabin, furnished for 2 people. It is located in the Stavasterbos, a small park, near Lochem. The log cabin has one double room with a 1.80 wide bed with 2 duvets. The cottage has a garden of approximately 350 m2. There is a bistro in the park. There are no other general amenities. The cottage is 3 km from the city center and is adjacent to a beautiful forest area. There is a small shed available to store 2 bicycles if necessary.

Het Kleine Huuske

The Kleine Huuske is a small but complete cottage in our garden. You sleep in a cozy bedstee and wake up in the morning to birdsong. The cottage has a small kitchen that is equipped with an induction hob and a small oven for baking rolls in the morning, for example. There is free WiFi, and a TV with Chromecast so you can watch your own series. Outside, there is a terrace with two chairs, a table and possibly a fire pit.

The perfect place to relax and enjoy the green nature. Hidden in our farmyard, in the middle of the scenic landscape between de cities Deventer, Zutphen and Lochem. You have an unobstructed view from the cottage and you can enjoy this unique place in the hot tub. Changeover days are mostly on monday and friday. We provide bed linen, towels and kitchen supplies. We rent the hot tub separately, ask for it when booking.

Luxurious stay at the forest with heated private pool!

The 4-person guesthouse with heated swimming pool is comfortably and luxuriously furnished and very quietly located in the yard of our old farmhouse (1890). It is directly adjacent to the beautiful wooded estate Verwolde. In the middle of the scenic landscape of the green Achterhoek, this is the perfect base for beautiful walking and cycling trips, a visit to the beautiful old Hanseatic cities of Deventer and Zutphen.

Villa Elodie! A wonderful holiday in the forest

Relax and unwind in this spacious peaceful, stylish space, in the middle of the forest. Everyone is welcome at Villa Elodie. The house (130m2) is fully equipped and brand new. Go out in the area and relax. Enjoy the many villages, forests and beautiful estates, nice restaurants, bars and markets. Cycle or walk for hours in nature and then dream away at home in the house by the pond to the song of the many birds.

Our vacation home is suitable for couples and families (with children). It is a beautiful rural holiday home with lots of beautiful hiking, cycling and fishing opportunities. A place to unwind and enjoy the outdoors. BijWien is located in leafy Berkeloord, a monumental neighborhood in Lochem from the beginning of the last century. At an appropriate distance from our house, is the Wikkelhouse. BijWien is located in the heart of one of the most attractive regions of the Netherlands, with beautiful scenery and many attractive villages and (Hanseatic) cities, hiking and cycling routes.
