Quiet hours are respected, especially at night, as everyone in the house expects a peaceful environment. We allow max 1 children. I live on the property with my two small Maltese dogs. During your stay, I only use the yard for maintenance. I am always available if you need assistance, local recommendations, or advice.

Villa Dunja is located in a quiet location with a private pool near Pula. This beautiful accommodation can accommodate up to 8 people and is 10 km from the sea. You can walk to the restaurant, market and cafe bar. The villa covers more than 500m2 of the yard and 130m2 of the house. In the private garden there is a swimming pool with an outdoor shower, a barbecue with garden furniture and an outdoor table. The whole house is air-conditioned and has a free Wi-Fi connection.

Our traditional istrian stone house is renovated 2020. In front of the house you will find a large covered terrace wich is ideal for relaxing and preparing grilled meals. You can enjoy the natural shade under the hundert years old tree that dominates the courtyard and find refreshment in the pool during warmer summer days, and in the heated pool outside the warm season. The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. It consists of a living room, bedroom, a dining room, two bathrooms, kitchen, sauna, open space lounge, terrace, a surrounding garden and a car parking. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.
