We had a great stay in this apartment, it is comfortable, clean and has everything you need to rest and enjoy. The location is ideal for exploring the area as it is close to everything. Mauro was very helpful from the beginning, always willing to help us. Totally recommended.

There were 3 of us to explore the city and its surroundings. We took Uber because walking was difficult for my mother, due to the inclination of the sidewalks on the hill. It's a very peaceful place, the apartment has everything, even drinks, snacks, so you don't have to go out shopping right away. We slept very well, the beds are a luxury, everything seems new in the apartment. I recommend it. I made a great choice by choosing this place for my family. A simply spectacular place as an entrance to the Southern Highway. The house is cozy, well-equipped and with an unbeatable view. From the first moment we felt comfortable and were able to fully enjoy the tranquility and beauty of the surroundings. Plus, the host's service was great. Definitely a destination that we recommend and to which we hope to return.

Wonderful place, with a privileged view of the Volcano. We traveled with a group of friends, 12 people in total, and we felt very comfortable, just like at home. The place is just as described, even better. Everything is very tidy and clean. Communication with Vivi and her husband was always smooth, with clear and helpful instructions. They allowed us flexible check-in and check-out, which is always appreciated. The spectacular tinaja, very spacious. With a direct descent to the lake within the same condominium, wonderful. We would definitely do it again!

We were completely in love with the place. The view is spectacular, especially at sunrise, a true gift for the soul. The house is located in an exclusive condominium, very quiet, with few neighbors and controlled access, which provides a lot of security and privacy. The house was impeccably equipped and very well insulated; despite the cold outside, inside we always felt warm and comfortable. Arturo, the host, was very accommodating. Although we coordinated everything remotely, he was always attentive and available. We had a small problem with the kitchen, and in just 15 minutes he arranged for someone to come and help us, a 7! We were able to go down to the lake for a walk, and the view was just wonderful. We went in search of rest, and we found it completely. In fact, we don't feel the need to leave the place. The cleanliness was also impeccable, all the spaces were perfectly tidy and clean. Definitely a place we hope to go back to.

It was an amazing place to stay at. Right by the lake, where you can see the volcano when you go down. Theres heating in the place which is great for winter. Marian was very responsive when we had any questions and during check in. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come again!

Very nice house, splendid environment, relaxing. Perfect welcome from Jessica, very kind and available. The only downside, in the morning it was a little cold without a radiator.

The apartment was great and in a perfect location in puerto varas. Paulina was very helpful with the check in process and was responsive to any communication we had. She helped put us in contact with a tour guide who was fantastic. Highly recommended place to stay if you are going to Puerto Varas.

A very well located, comfortable and spacious apartment, also very nice. It has entertaining games and many books and they leave you what you need for your arrival.

We had a wonderful time at your place. The view from the bedrooms and living room were magical being 14 floors up overlooking 180 degrees of the bay. So many extras, we felt right at home. We loved being at the beachside end of Puerto Montt away from the noise and traffic, too.
