Paula and Brian’s place is a treasure! You feel and see the care and love they have put in every single corner of the whole property! We had a magical experience in Frutillar! Finding hidden secret places, telling scary stories by the fire, chatting about our childhood with the kids at the tree house! Collecting berries! Playing with the dogs discovering the exotic flowers!…. Sharing a fantastic family experience that will last with us forever! I hope We have the chance to stay there again

The apartment is nice, clean and located in a nice area. Close to center about a 10-minute walk. But it's a nice walk, with a beautiful view of the lake and the volcanoes. For the pool, which in the reception has a cost of around 4 usd. What we needed were towels for the use of the same since according to what they told us we could not take those from the apartment of the same and we had not taken. Paula was very attentive, responded to our inquiries immediately, and even sent us some kitchen utensils we asked for at the time.

Excellent apartment, very well equipped, priceless location. The sheets were clean, which is appreciated, as was the whole apartment, except for a couple of kitchen utensils. The building is more beautiful than the pictures.

Very nice apartment, as shown in the pictures. Comfortable for four people, excellent location and with nice views. A single detail is the poor condition of the mattresses, hopefully they can renovate them because they are quite sunk and difficult to find a comfortable position to sleep. Except for this, we had a very good stay. Thank you very much

The house is very spacious and comfortable. Everything is in perfect condition. Sauna and Jacuzzi work. The Dining room and kitchen are very spacious. The hosts respond to all requirements. And her kindness exceeds all parameters. It was an excellent experience. We'll go back!

100% recommended! Everything was absolutely perfect. The place is easily accessible and despite being close to the road, it feels very private and exclusive. You really feel at home, especially because everything is designed for self-service. The availability of bicycles and tinaja are a great plus, and there are also many amenities nearby. Everything impeccable - from the quality of the furniture to the bathroom details. Definitely an experience to repeat.

A place to disconnect in Lake Chapo, a nice cabin with all the comforts to enjoy the stay, we were given one in front of a Coigue tree that hummingbirds came to. A comfortable hot tub to end the day and rest while listening to the birds. Although there are not many options to eat at the lake, there are options 5 km from the lake. Dr. Maria was very attentive to our requirements, making our stay better

Although small, the apartment was very good: it accommodated well me, my wife and my two children. The appliances and utensils were all new and worked perfectly. We used the kitchen a lot and we didn't miss anything: pans, cups, plates, cutlery; in short, it had everything. Good shower, great internet, state-of-the-art big TV with Netflix. Bed linen, towels, everything ok. Check in and check out very simple and easy. Only two details bothered us: there was powder in poorly accessed places such as over the refrigerator and inside some cabinets and the bunk bed at the top is difficult to access and use; but nothing that compromises. I recommend the stay, it was very worth it.

Excellent apartment, very nicely decorated. Super comfortable and clean. Getting in and out costs a bit as it is in the middle of the coast and there is quite a bit of traffic. Everything worked well and the host was very friendly and considerate.

I think that Hom is real estate and does not have skills for tourism that demands other skills. we arrived just at 1500 we took 3 hours to enter. Unclear responses, they were slow to attend, we stayed thanks to the kindness of the concierge and the attention to the owner.

The apartment is very spacious, comfortable and has a beautiful view. When we arrived we were greeted by the doorman who was very friendly and recommended places in the area. We went with two vehicles and allowed us to keep the second in a place reserved for visitors. When I go back to Puerto Varas I plan to rent this place again.

The apartment is very nice and comfortable, it has everything to have an excellent stay (I highlight the kitchen that is very well equipped). It is located in a very quiet and safe area. Since you leave the building you can see the volcano and the lake. It's close to downtown, walking at a slow pace is no more than 20 min. I highly recommend it!! First time I stay with Hom and it was a really good experience.
