Nice house, good service from the butler. They were attentive and helpful. Daniela was attentive, informative and very kind in her treatment, from when we got there until we left.

I was with my family, adults and children were happy, the place is beautiful, the view and the facilities, everything is as you see in the photos, even better. Mrs. Milena was excellent host, clear and accurate information, and Davinson the manger, tooooodo took the time to make our stay perfect. And the best is pet friendly!!! The place is super recommended, the environment is very quiet, it feels a lot of peace, ideal for rest and looks much better than in the photos. Jacobo was always very attentive to our concerns, communication is always very friendly and responds quickly I recommend the place and hope to return again next time.

We spent the year at this property with my whole family and it was an amazing experience. Everything was spotless and the place exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was fully equipped, had everything and more to cook everything we needed. In addition, the place is just like the photos or even more beautiful in person. The check-in process was very simple, and finding the property had no complications. Lili was always attentive to us and anything we needed, which made our stay even more special.

A beautiful, quiet place, in the middle of the magic of Santaelena, its flowers of its pure air. The house is not said, cute, neat and clean. The hostess is absolutely aware of everything, rather, I will return a thousand and a thousand times more.

not only were they the best hosts with communication their place was an absolute dream. from helping with rides, setting up boat tours and an amazing massage by a little waterfall. the staff was the friendliest I've ever met, they were there for anything and everything I needed. it was my birthday, they hung balloons and a sign and brought me a treat! I truly felt like a queen. the free morning breakfast was a great way to start the day along with their kayaks to cruise the lake! they also have a cute little restaurant to eat lunch and dinner. they send you a menu to choose from. the bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept in along with the sheets! I didn't want to leave. the jacuzzi was a great way to end the day with the sunset on the porch to just appreciate life and the veiw of the lake. incredible place. clean and the outdoor shower was a great touch. 100 stars for casa eve! ⭐
