Perfect base for climbing Snowdon!

This comfortable, updated stone-built cottage is the ideal base for an adventurous break in the Snowdonia National Park. At the base of the Nant Peris Valley, one of the most dramatic in Britain, it is perfectly located for climbing Snowdon. The accommodation is great for one or two couples, or a small family. In our tiny village of Nant Peris we have a great local pub with ales, good food and an inglenook fire a stroll from your front door. Castles,beaches and adventures- Snowdonia has it all.

Lovely traditional stone cottage, built originally as a chapel in 1806 in the village of Arthog in Eryri/Snowdonia National Park with beautiful mountain views. 5 minutes from the railway at Morfa Mawddach (5 mins to Barmouth), or a fab walk. Pen y Maes Cottage Criccieth

A 200 year old stone cottage with original beams . Known in Welsh as ‘Ty Capel’ it was originally the caretaker’s house for the Baptist Chapel next door , now my home. The stream running through the garden is where Lloyd George , a former British Prime Minister was baptised . The cottage is set in beautiful surroundings with spectacular views towards Criccieth Castle and the sea /mountains of Cardigan Bay. The cottage has been decorated all through with new carpets everywhere.
