Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Next to the house is a leafy, private patio with barbecue right next to pastures with sheep and horses. You can park your car just outside.

Östergård is a house with history where you live comfortably but with old-fashioned charm. Lake Bolmen is a few hundred meters from the farm and within walking distance you can reach lovely beaches or the boat that you can borrow if you want to go out and try your luck at fishing. The house includes a spacious garden with outdoor furniture and barbecue. On the ground floor there is a kitchen and dining area, a large living room, a smaller room and a lovely veranda. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms with four beds, bathroom and toilet.

Also included is a rowboat so you can go out and row on the lake. The house is only 5 minutes from the city center by car and about 10 minutes by bicycle. A very idyllic area with Älmhult's marina as a neighbor with life and movement. Camping is 5 minutes away by bicycle, which has a restaurant and full rights. Best location in Älmhult's community with proximity to IKEA museum and IKEA department store.

Rönninge 1 (Ljungby, Småland)

Now this cute faluröda house with white knots for rent, in the countryside and only 5 km from Ljungby. The house is located only a few kilometers from the lake Bräkentorp where there are swimming opportunities but also walking paths around and around the lake. At the house there is also a mountain bike trail and out in the garden, with the forest almost next to the corner, you have garden furniture and a barbecue. A few miles from Ljungby you will also find Lake Bolmen which is a very nice lake to both fish and swim in.
