Bo mysigt och fridfullt i gammal korsvirkeslänga från 1800-talet. Läget är lantligt med djur och natur bara utanför dörren men samtidigt nära till stad, restauranger, nöje, shopping samt strand/bad. Här bor du lugnt och rymligt på ca 120kvm med 2 sovrum, kök, stort vardagsrum med soffa, tv och matplats samt badrum med wc, dusch, tvättmaskin & torktumlare. Intill huset finns lummig, insynsskyddad uteplats med grill alldeles bredvid hagar med får och hästar. Bilen kan du parkera precis utanför.

Ett fint litet hus på landsbygden perfekt för 2 personer med 1 barn. Huset ligger med skog, svamp, bär och sjö runt husknuten. Fiskekort löses på på plats, båt finns att hyra 150 kr per dag. Närhet till skid och aktivitetsanläggningar. Möjlighet att hyra vedeldad badtunna 2 dagar 1000 kr. Huset ligger i anslutning till vårt boningshus med tillgång till stor trädgård med frigående höns. Vi är gästvänliga och bjuder gärna på historier och information om trakten. Mycket välkomna att hyra hos oss

The house is continuously maintained. In 2024, the veranda roof was renewed and an odorless biological sewage treatment plant and EV charging station were installed - before that, among other things, a new fridge-freezer, stove, induction hob and dishwasher.

Relaxing old wood house

My house is adorable, next to a lake. It's peacefull, lots of windows. You can take the canoe , paddling ower the lake, or just sit and relax on the deck. Cold days, sit inside by the fireplace, read, eat a nice dinner in one off the rooms with windows owerlooking the lake. Small bedrooms,leaning walls , give you a feeling off going back 100 years in old sweden, when the house was built. You can not swim from my garden, but 200m from my house is a beach. My house is in a small village.
