Huset är fullt utrustat och familjevänligt. Vare sig du är intresserad att fiska, bada, plocka svamp eller dricka ditt morgonkaffe på uteplatsen. Surrounded by meadows, forests and lakes this modern and winterproof country house invites you to get away from it all to enjoy the wonderful undisturbed nature, perfect for bathing, fishing, cycling and gathering berries and mushrooms. The house is continuously maintained. In 2024, the veranda roof was renewed and an odorless biological sewage treatment plant and EV charging station were installed - before that, among other things, a new fridge-freezer, stove, induction hob and dishwasher.

Relaxing old wood house

My house is adorable, next to a lake. It's peacefull, lots of windows. You can take the canoe , paddling ower the lake, or just sit and relax on the deck. Cold days, sit inside by the fireplace, read, eat a nice dinner in one off the rooms with windows owerlooking the lake. Small bedrooms,leaning walls , give you a feeling off going back 100 years in old sweden, when the house was built. You can not swim from my garden, but 200m from my house is a beach. My house is in a small village.

Östergård är ett hus med historia där du bor bekvämt men med gammaldags charm. Sjön Bolmen ligger några hundra meter från gården och på promenadavstånd når du härliga badstränder eller båten som du får låna om du vill åka ut och prova fiskelyckan. Till huset hör en rymlig trädgård med utemöbler och grill. På bottenplan finns kök och matplats, ett stort vardagsrum, ett mindre rum och en härlig veranda. På övre plan finns de båda sovrummen med fyra bäddar, badrum och toalett.

Rönninge 1 (Ljungby, Småland)

Nu finns det här söta faluröda huset med vita knutar att hyra, på landet och bara 5 km från Ljungby. Huset ligger bara några kilometer från sjön Bräkentorp där det finns badmöjligheter men även gångstigar runt och kring sjön. Vid huset finns även en mountainbike led och ute i trädgården, med skogen nästan intill knuten, har du trädgårdsmöbler och en grill. Några mil från Ljungby hittar du även Sjön Bolmen som är en väldigt fin sjö att både fiska och bada i.

Bo på en gård anno 2022. Nybyggt stenhus i en vacker omgivning och med en fantastisk utsikt över landskap och hav. En unik boendeupplevelse med idealiska förutsättningar för lugn, närhet till naturen och Bjärehalvöns alla utflyktsmål. Under 2025 har vi inte färdigställt den närmaste miljön runt huset men en altan med utemöbler finns. Vi ombesörjer sängkläder och handdukar. Vill du att vi tar hand om slutstädning kostar det 600kr.

In the woods close to the sea
