Bank and post office are in the same street. In every apartment are kitchen, wifi and cable tv. All apartments are provided with clean sheets and towells and shampoo for washing hands. Luxury Holiday Home with hot tub is surrounded with beautiful nature near the horse ranch and it is perfect for weekend getaway or a longer stay. Featuring a sauna, hot tub, terase, living room with sofa and a TV, electric fireplace, dining area, kitchen, with a dishwasher and all the accessories. There is a private bathroom with a shower and washing machine. On upper floor there is a private sauna with hot tub, walk in shower, separate WC and two bedrooms. Towels and bed linen are provided.

The Granary Suite

Since stress and pace cannot be avoided in the environment in which we live, we have renovated a wooden barn from 1813 for you in the middle of the forest, in a pleasant and peaceful environment. ​ In the granary, which was originally intended as an auxiliary facility on the farm, we rearranged the living and relaxation areas. In addition, we offer you a private sauna for pampering and a glass of sparkling wine on the terrace with a view of the forest and the animals in the pasture.

On the left side of the Ljubljanica river there is a magical alley, formerly called Ribiška street. There you can find our Home among roses, benches and trees, on top of the renovated house. An elevator takes us into the last floor where we enter an intimate bright apartment Kakadu vista ... with all the comfort you need. What makes it so special are peaceful mornings and subtle evening sounds of the streets ... and on the other side of our doorsteps everything is within reach.

At the heart of forest, only 30 km from Ljubljana, lies the cozy weekend house, which is accessible by car or by public bus at the fantastic sunny place and beautiful location. This area is perfect for relaxing and leisure activities. Take a trip into the mountains, hike in the surrounding hills and valleys, cycling along the paths and tracks, or a walk around the lake. The place is known for its gentle climate created by the mixing of Mediterranean and Alpine air flow.

Cottage Barbara is a cosy cottage that can accommodate 2 guests, as it offers a sofa bed for two in the living room. The kitchen is small but offers all you need - a stove, kitchen utensils, refrigerator, wine glasses, water kettle, etc. One private bathroom can offer a shower, toilet, hair dryer, shampoo, toilet paper and towels. There is also a private sauna inside the cottage. Our guests can enjoy the amazing view from the terrace where they can sit and relax.

Welcome to Wellness Chalet close to Ljubljana, a luxurious retreat offering ultimate comfort and relaxation. This 138 m² house features a spacious living room with a cozy fireplace, a modern kitchen, a wellness bathroom with Finnish and herbal saunas, and three bedrooms (2 with double beds, 1 with a single bed). Enjoy nature on two terraces, or relax in the private outdoor jacuzzi (extra charge: €20/night). Fully equipped for a perfect stay in any season.
