Condo vacation rentals in Lixouri

My daughter and I stayed at Katerinas studio apartment on our tour of Kefalonia. We have very special memories, the setting & gardens so beautiful & peaceful. The delightful village of Spartia with cafe/restaurant/shops was 10mins walk uphill and the pretty local beach the same downhill. Pesada Beach was amazing and a few mins drive away. What made out stay even more special was Katerina's warm hospitality throughout. It was like nothing we'd experienced. Starting from helping us find the apartment as we were not the best at following instructions (our fault!). She sent her lovely daughter Angela to meet us in her car. We were shown around our tastefully decorated & comfortable studio and were amazed to be given so such a generous welcome hamper which kept us going our whole stay! If that was not enough Katerinas husband cooked us a beautiful Greek stew as a welcome meal. We LOVED the gift shop run by Angela - lovely handmade items to bring home. Excelent apartment, very clean and comfortable. Quiet place for a relaxing stay. Everything you need is walking distance, restaurants, markets, shops and beachs. We had a great time and would recommend it to anyone who visits Argostoli. Thank you for the amazing stay!!!

We had such a beautiful stay in Lixouri! The apartment was gorgeous, and the location is amazing, literally a five minute walk from the beach, lots of restaurants and bars. Also the ferry to Argos Toni was only €3, so we can get into the city centre within 15 minutes! Thank you so much we would love to come again, couldn’t recommend enough!

Το σπίτι ήταν εξαιρετικό με άνετους χώρους , εξοπλισμένο μέχρι την παραμικρή λεπτομέρεια, δροσερό , με ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ σε ήσυχη γειτονιά και αρκετά κοντά στο Ληξούρι. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα και θα θελα να ξαναμείνω εάν μου δοθεί η ευκαιρία.

Maria always responded to my questions quickly. The place was clean, large, and comfortable. Five minute drive to town. Quiet place. Would highly recommend.

Wow, what a "Super Host"! Anna and her daughters were friendly, responded in good time and were willing to go the extra mile when we needed help. we felt very much at home in the garden view studio and enjoyed our meals on the patio area. All in all we would highly recommend this accommodation.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at this home, we felt comfortable and welcomed right away, everything was clean, neat and spacious. A perfect house for 3 couples or a family to stay. I would absolutely recommend this home to anyone traveling to Argostoli, thank you!!

Φτάσαμε εύκολα και το σπίτι μας περίμενε περιποιημένο και πεντακάθαρο. Κατά τη γνώμη μου βρίσκεται στην τέλεια τοποθεσία. 5 με 10 λεπτά από την πλατεία με τα πόδια. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

Liebe Anna, Vielen Dank für alles. Du warst immer gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung war für uns perfekt. Die Lage in der Nähe zum Stadtzentrum und zum Hafen hat uns gut gefallen. Viele Grüße, Thomas und Karin

great view, beautiful garden with BBQ, private parking, air-conditioning in all rooms (though we never used them cause it always had a nice breeze). Dionysis was a great host and the place overlooks the bay, and it's 5mins from Argostoli town.

Το διαμέρισμα είναι σε πολύ καλό σημείο μέσα στη πόλη είναι τα πάντα δίπλα και μπορείς να βγεις το βράδυ με τα πόδια και δεν χρειαζρυε αυτοκίνητο .Η ιδιοκτήτρια ήταν πολύ ευγενική μας εξυπηρετούσε σε όλα !!! Όποτε πήραμε τηλεφωνο αμέσως απαντούσε και μας βοηθούσε σε ότι θέλαμε !! Μου έδωσε και μια πολύ ωραία μαρμελάδα που είχε φτιάξει πραγματικά υπέροχη Κυρία !! Θα ήθελα να επισκεφτώ ξανά αυτό το διαμέρισμα !!!

Mister Efthimios was very proactive and responsive when it came to communication before arriving at the place. When we arrived, he greeted us warmly and gave us a small tour of the apartment. I had to work from home during my stay, and the Internet was being a bit spotty but Mister Efthimios came over more than three times to help me with the issue. He was super helpful, kind, respectful and polite. many, many thanks for the lovely stay! 5/⭐

En veldig fin og hyggelig leilighet med balkong som gir både skygge og sol. Sengene var veldig komfortable. I gangavstand til sentrum/gågate (10 min ca). kort vei til supermarkeder (2 min). air conditioning fungerte bra i både soverom og stue! Veldig fornøyd og anbefaler Dimitris leilighet for opphold i Argostoli!

Super host! Abbiamo fatto un soggiorno da favola. L’appartamento è situato in una zona comoda permettendo di raggiungere il centro con pochi minuti a piedi e alcune spiagge in 5 minuti di macchina. La casa era pulitissima. L’Host è sempre stato disponibile a ogni nostra richiesta/ dubbio, è sempre stato gentile preoccupandosi dell’andamento del nostro soggiorno. Consigliato al 100%

Ich habe mir sehr willkommen gefühlt. Die Gastgeberin war sehr zuvorkommend, nett und hilfsbereit. Im Apartment war alles, was ich gebraucht habe. Die Küche und das Bad sind gut ausgestattet und relativ neu. Es gab einen Sonnenschirm und eine Strandtasche mit Tüchern. Die Matratze war für mich persönlich zu hart. Check-in und Check-out waren sehr unkompliziert. Der Balkon ist toll zum frühstücken. Allerdings liegt der Balkon im Innenhof einer Autowerkstatt, welche manchmal etwas laut war. Insgesamt hat nicht das aber nicht gestört. Es gab direkt vor der Tür einen Parkplatz zur Verfügung, was sehr praktisch war. Der Fußweg ins Zentrum von Argostoli beträgt ca. 30 min.

A real gem of a place. Just what I needed. Matina was very responsive and so helpful. I will stay here again - definitely. So many lovely touches, she is clearly a creative and warm and friendly person - you can tell from her apartment. I recommend it 10 stars! I wish all hosts and places could be so good.

This was the perfect location to explore the island of Kefalonia from. The accommodations were spacious, clean and both decks had fabulous views of the sea. It is located in a quite location with comfortable beds and it was stocked with all the necessities we required. The host was easy to communicate with and very punctual in filling any requests. Mrs. Sophia was lovely and kept the unit very clean for us.

What a wonderful, tranquil place, Villa Rosa is! The gardens are tidy, and well kept and so colourful! As has already been said, “what’s not to like?!!” Joy and her team, made you feel that nothing was too much trouble for them, when it came to answering your every whim! And they were always smiling, and never made you feel that you were in the way. The location is superb, and because it’s away from main roads, it’s very quiet. It’s near the sea, and a 7 minute walk from the beach at Trapezaki, and Denis Taverna. A Hire car is a must as there’s so much to see. Now for the breakfast menu, wow! There was a variety of options for breakfast, and all food was cooked to perfection! Joy was willing to accommodate our unusual dietary limitations, too! And on to cleanliness, in a word, spotless!! The cleaning lady went in every day so there was no chance that dirt or sand could accumulate on the floor! The linen and towels were replaced with fresh, every third day, so everything smelled clean!

This was an absolutely hidden gem. The setting was stunning, views from the balcony were amazing. Basic accommodation with everything you need. Cleaners came every day to change bins and make beds. Very peaceful surroundings, lovely pool and an easy walk into the town.

Stunning location with beautiful views and lovely host. A place to really chill, relax and unwind. You need to have a car which we didn’t realise till we arrived and Stella happily recommended someone. There are only one cafe and one restaurant in the nearest village and everything else you have to drive to-even for basic foods. Throughly recommend Stella’s place as the most relaxing holiday ever!

Eagles Nest is a stunning, peaceful hideaway. You have everything you need for a great holiday. The views are spectacular from every balcony & pool. Waking up to the amazing views is truly a blessing. Marina and Angelos are very welcoming and approachable and are on hand for anything you need. You Have everything you need, including daily exercise up and down the steep hill to the beach! : ) But there are also lovely local tavernas and bars within 5 mins walk, try Lizas and Dionysos for great food, and a very quirky little bar called Cafe Platanos. You will not be disappointed.

We had a wonderful stay at Alancia. The suites are both beautiful and spotless, and Magdalini and her husband are fantastic and very accommodating. Alancia has an amazing view of the water and is in a great location, close to lots of bars and restaurants, with Karavomylos beach a 10 minute walk away, and Antisamos beach just a 10 min taxi away. We can’t wait to be back at Alancia later in the summer!

Our stay at Aliki Studio was great - a very quiet, peaceful location with amazing views 😍 As it is in a small village, you need to think ahead and do some shopping while in the closest city - Lixouri - which is around 10-15 minutes drive. We could also park very easily, and access all major locations (beaches, cities etc) in an hours time. Tip - take the ferry between Lixouri and Argostoli and you save around 30 minutes of your journey time! All in all it was a great experience and a lovely place to stay at,a bit away from the noise of the cities. Ideal for relaxing and having a nice rest.
