Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Livry-Gargan

Overall a wonderful place to stay, especially for two couples/four travelers. Excellent communication throughout the whole process. Everything you need is supplied in the kitchen- a couple of groceries stores close by. Really enjoyed hanging out in the living room during down time. If you need to do any work, the wifi is good. Big dining table if needed. Lots of cafe/ restaurant options within just a few blocks, many of which are ethnic. Note that if you leave really early morning (or get home late evening) the Passage gate is locked. To leave the flat, you will have to take the elevator to the second floor and then take the stairs down to the green door exit. The person who checks you in will explain how all the entryways work. No big complaints, but if you’re used to heftier pillows, that’s not always the case in Paris. Hotel prior to Airbnb also had thin pillows. Definitely enjoyed our stay and would recommend highly!

We throughly enjoyed this flat. Clean, great area in Marais, very well stocked with anything you need, and spacious for two people. Tony and Paul were great to work with. Proactive, clear instructions. No problems or issues on our visit. Highly recommend.

From the first interaction with Julien and from the first time we entered in the apartment, we can only say that all was more than perfect! How he greeted us, how much support and useful tips offered us along the stay, how wonderful the apartment is, how well connected with everything in Paris. Federico’s place is not easy to describe. It is an extremely tasteful decorated Haussmann apartment, yet it feels totally home. It’s in one of the best possible locations in Paris (my ultimate favorite area), you can walk anywhere and metro station with 1 minute walk. The interior is even more beautiful than the photos, as Federico made enhancements with top notch design elements. It is a very rich experience to spend time in a beautifully designed space if it’s designed by someone tasteful for themselves, not for a rental place for the sake of decoration. There is a prize winning famous patisserie with 1 minute walk with the best croissant, which made us enjoy incredible breakfasts on the terrace while one person enjoying Pantheon and the other enjoying Note Dame. The nights were also delightful in the terrace with your wine and hard to beat Parisian view & flowers. The communication with Federico was perfect and he helped us with everything even though we had many questions✨

Thanks Elise for a wonderful stay. The apartment was perfect for Disney, as we could come back for lunch. We got the bus once, but this was 10 Euros for 2 adults and 2 children and so we walked, which the kids managed fine (20 minutes door-to-door at a moderate pace). It was easy getting in and out of Disney too. It was especially helpful to be able to walk home after the fireworks, as the queues for public transport looked huge. The apartment had everything we needed and having a washing machine was brilliant. The beds were comfortable and the aircon worked very well, however we found it too loud to use at night due to the intermittent noises. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, including a very nice vegan cafe (Wild and the Moon) and an enormous supermarket about 15-20mins walk away. Uber Eats do grocery deliveries too. The terrace was lovely, especially the hanging chair. Quiet location, with a small playground next door. Uber taxis to Paris were ~40-60 Euros

Absolutely amaaazing! Alexis was incredibly quick to respond to any questions we had and personally welcomed us when we arrived, which made us feel right at home. The apartment was clean, spacious, and in the perfect location. I’m usually a little hesitant to choose an Airbnb over a hotel, but this stay completely exceeded our expectations. I’d absolutely recommend it to friends and would love to stay here again. Thank you Alexis!

Das beste AirBnb aller Zeiten! Schöner als auf den Bildern, toller Service (da U.S. er Auto so groß war, wurde uns auf der Straße ein Parkplatz freigehalten), top modern, auf Nachrichten wurde sofort reagiert und unterstützt, es war sogar Grillkohle für den Grill bereitgestellt! 5 min zur Metro M11, 3 min zum Böcker oder Auchan Supermarkt. Wenn mal wieder Paris zu acht, dann nur in dieses Haus. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt

The space is very cosy and in pristine condition, Liqing made sure everything was in order and walked us through how to use anything we inquired about. The yard is also very clean and pretty 🤍 The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend

Nous avons passé un incroyable séjour chez Iteb ! Après nous avoir accueilli comme des princes, Iteb a pris le temps de nous présenter le logement et de nous expliquer le fonctionnement de chaque équipement de l’espace piscine. L’espace piscine est tout simplement grandiose ! Piscine de 14m de longueur, jacuzzi, hammam, sauna, espace fitness avec écran géant et siège massant dernier cri ! Tout simplement génial ! Iteb sait et aime recevoir, il est généreux, très sympathique et ne manque pas de sujets de conversation ! Nous avons également eut la chance de pouvoir accéder à son incroyable cinéma tout équipé pour une séance privé que nous ne sommes prêt d’oublier ! Un séjour inoubliable ! The house has everything the family needs. For example, a dishwasher and coffee machine, a separate big freezer, an oven, etc. There is a conservatory and garden, but we didn't use the garden though. We enjoyed shopping at Carrefour, which is a big supermarket. We went to a lovely bakery shop nearby as well. The nearest transit station is about a 10-minute walk away, making it easier to navigate through the Carrefour supermarket to arrive there. It would be excellent to have a manual prepared for using home appliances and for garbage disposal prior to that. However we had a lovely time and it was a perfect stay. Thank you.

We had a very enjoyable experience which was our first air b and b trip. We had everything we needed and the apartment was clean, comfortable and relaxing. Great location near RER Station for easy access to Paris and the locality has a beautiful park and the town of Sceaux in walking distance is worth visiting at least once. Que dire de cet emplacement… INCROYABLE!!! C’est encore plus beau en vrai! J’étais un peu craintive vu que je voyageais en solo mais pas du tout; super sécuritaire comme endroit! Et Kazumi, ben on voudrait tous l’avoir dans notre famille! Elle m’a même offert des petits gâteaux au départ 🥰 Je recommande fortement cet endroit. J’espère y retourner un jour! Merci!!!

Hier gibt es nicht viel zu sagen. Sowohl die Wohnung als auch François waren einfach spitze. Selten habe ich einen Vermieter wie ihn kennen gelernt, der so schnell auf Fragen reagiert hat, allgemein alles so perfekt vorbereitet hat und proaktiv nach fragte, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Wir waren rund um zufrieden.

Het is heel schoon, ruim, goed vindbaar en de host is ontzettend vriendelijk! Duidelijke instructies, meedenken over het alvast neerzetten van de bagage toen we aankwamen. Het is een goede uitvalsbasis. Let wel op dat je er zeker een half uur tot 3 kwartier over doet ( met de metro) om in het centrum te komen. Daardoor is het wel echt heel rustig en dat is fijn aan het einde van de dag! Bedankt Audrey :-)

Karim et son épouse ont été très soucieux de notre bien-être et tout en resrtant discrets, nous ont bien fait comprendre qu'ils étaient prêts à intervenir au moindre soucis Nous somme arrivés un peu en avance avec des enfants très fatigués, ils nous ont permis exceptionellement d'occuper le logis plus tôt. L'appartement, situé dans une résidence privée est en excellent état. Café sucre huile vinaigre etc, tout est la pour notre confort Bravo
