We were celebrating our 19th wedding anniversary and both our Moms passed very close to our anniversary, so we were celebrating them as well. I know what they would've said, my mother in law would've cried because it's that beautiful, pictures (good as they are) do this property no justice. My Mom would've just sat outside with the wind rustling the trees over that peaceful cove. Home is an accurate description. From the bottom of our hearts from our family to yours, thank you!

The house is stunning with the high ceilings and the log cabin style. The decoration is really beautiful and there was a lot of attention to detail. There were plenty of games, stuffed animals, coloring books, and extra play space for the kids. The dogs really enjoyed running outdoors as the house is surrounded by woods. I thought it was a very peaceful space and was easily able to accommodate all 10 of us. The rocking chairs in the patio were also very comfortable. I would definitely go back.

my husband & I stayed for 6 night's at Kelli's home! The house is very cozy & comfortable! . The neighborhood is great for walking., the location with the lake is beautiful! I was more rested there then I've been during any vacation! Kelli was great with communication & we appreciated that as well!

Have been in and out town the last few weeks for work, and wanted to get away from a hotel. Tammy’s place was perfect for just that. Safe, peaceful and relaxing! Cottage was super cute, clean, and looked exactly like the pictures. Tammy is very responsive and helpful with directions and check in!

The stay at Robert’s place was perfect. We will definitely book again when we need accommodations. The home is very well maintained, clean and had everything that we needed. The area was awesome with great water views and lots of wildlife. We enjoyed watching the deer walking around and eating everyday. We would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Thanks for providing such a beautiful and homey place! Lots of things in the house are carefully selected and the bed linen/towels smell good. My family and friends loved the house and we enjoyed using the kayaks. The house is pet friendly, our dog had great time as well. I especially like the glasses in the kitchen. No wonder why there are lines like not taking things away in check-out instruction. Don’t give me ideas…I do recommend this house to other travelers.

If you want peace and quiet, this is the place. We spent the majority of the time relaxing on the deck. The views are great! The yard was awesome for the dog, with plenty of room to run and play. The kitchen has all you need for preparing meals. I’m always needing to run to the store for additional items like paper towels, etc. This place had it all. Just bring what food you plan to cook and enjoy the stay.

Only stayed for a night, but definitely such a cute homey place. As our first experience on Airbnb, my partner and i loved it.

We stayed at this Airbnb for a friend’s wedding, and it was the perfect home base for the weekend. The space was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The hosts were communicative and made check-in super easy, which was a huge plus after a long drive. The location was great—close enough to the wedding venue while still feeling private and relaxing. The beds were comfortable, and the common areas were perfect for gathering with friends before and after the events. It was nice having a kitchen to prep some quick meals, and the outdoor space was a nice bonus. Overall, a great experience! I’d definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in the area. Would love to book again if we’re ever back!

We had a fantastic time! Beautiful views and a serene spot for us to relax and enjoy nature!

The photos were accurate for the top half of the cottage. Lower portion had an enclosed area which is helpful for those mosquitos, but no TV for viewing which bummed the teen a bit. The hammocks were nice on the lower level. Two chairs were provided for the top deck so that was helpful in being able to take in the sunrises. Overall clean. There had been lots of winds prior to our stay so lots of dirt on the outside areas as well windows, but the inside was clean and orderly. Even had an electric tea kettle which was a plus. Bring your own kitchen towels if you do any cooking/baking. Otherwise quite comfy and would stay again.

Jay is very transparent about the property and it is truthfully the cleanest in and around the immediate area, the management staff is the Friendliest in this area and absolutely can not be beat, the rooms are not only Clean, but smell clean. this location is never disappointing‼️⚔️🙏

We were in Livingston for a wedding. We decided to stay here because it was close by and got great reviews. 100% happy with our decision! Jennifer was very accommodating and it was a perfect stay. While there, there was a tornado warning and the owners came over to let us know and to make sure we were set for dinner. Once again, we made a great choice staying here.

Sherry was a great host! The property was very peaceful and secluded. Kind enough to open the basketball court door for us in the middle of our trip and accommodated us greatly. Recommend booking with her and this property very much.

My husband and I absolutely loved this place . It’s right by the river and we spent all weekend fishing. The host was super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be coming back

Highly recommend! The drive to the house is so lovely - winding roads and wildflowers. The house and yard are even more beautiful in person! The house is meticulously decorated, clean, and welcoming. The beds were very comfortable and had nice soft sheets. The view from the living room is gorgeous; it feels like you're in a treehouse! What a treat to sit outside on the comfy furniture and listen to the toads chirping! We also used the BBQ every night, which was so convenient. Old town Coldspring is worth the drive. We got to see fireflies on our last night! Howard was a pleasure to work with and quick to respond. We will be back again!

Emily’s place is one the best vacation homes I’ve ever been to. The view is absolutely beautiful. The house is perfect. You can see the lake and hear the waves in every room. I loved the room with all the sliding glass doors. The breeze that came through was awesome. I could stay for weeks. We plan on going back and taking our families next time
