You have access to all resort amenities, Swimming Pool, Hot Tub, Beach volleyball at the lake, Tennis and much, much, more. There is lake access if you wish to bring your boat or jet ski. No Boat, No Problem you can rent a Jon boat, paddle boat, kayak or canoe.

Waterfront, huge back porch, gas grill. Boat slip & lift & tie down cleats right at the house. The fully stocked kitchen has built-in icemaker and wine cooler. Master downstairs has queen bed & master bath. Living area has half bath, dining table, seating area, 62" tv, and gorgeous views of the lake. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms- all with queen beds, 2 full baths, and a bonus room with queen Murphy Bed and daybed with a trundle. 50 " tv in bedrooms. Big yard. No large parties/events permitted.

Must see -- recently upgraded flooring downstairs. Enjoy your morning coffee/evening drinks on the deck or the covered pavilion located on the property. Spend time relaxing in the hot tub or hanging out by the fire pit w/family. Grill outside while enjoying a movie or your favorite sports! 5-minute walk to our neighborhood park with fishing, a small beach area, picnic tables, grill, sand volleyball court and lots of space to play. Pets will enjoy our fenced backyard to run and play.
