Rental is located next to a busy road , if you are not comfortable with some traffic at certain times of the day then this may not be for you I would also note that this home is small inside but very comfortable . There is a cozy yard to relax in next to a fire pit and a table and chairs if you would like to eat outside. I will provide firewood for one night, and charcoal for grill for one night as well. Located 1/4 mile from home is a local place to purchase extra wood .

We visited for a ski trip, and the location was convenient, with easy access to the ski resort. The area was quiet and peaceful, and the house was clean, spacious, and always warm—perfect after skiing. The mudroom was also very helpful for storing our wet ski gear and boots. The only issue was the front door, which was hard to open and once got stuck. However, Christin and Adam responded quickly and resolved it right away. We truly enjoyed our stay and appreciated their hospitality.

This place was a perfect get away for me and my husband to celebrate his birthday. He loves to fish- so the private lake just steps away was perfect. It is so peaceful and beautiful and the home is simple but perfect. Appreciate the nice gift basket of goodies/ coffee and creamer and disposable cups! Dennis was super helpful and answered me promptly! We will definitely return- next time for longer!

Easily accomodated our large group with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and the large living room/dining room space for us to gather. Plenty of kitchen equipment for us to prepare meals and loved the extra sink and bar area for food prep. The fake fireplace was great with the temperatures outside below freezing. Lovely back wooded area with the brook to see from the back porch. Hosts were quick to respond and their home was beautiful.

I was looking for some quiet after a stressful few months and something of a view. I love the water so I picked this place and it want a far drive from me. I felt at home and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you could think of which was great because I really wanted to bake for myself and just do a great self care weekend which I did. Me and my pup got to have some alone time and hang by the water across the street at the gated off little beach. Hung out in the hammock and sat on the boat launch. Exactly what I needed. Definitely coming back !

The property was awesome if you wanted to be in a very peaceful place then this is it. Great place for families and friends to strengthen their bond. We visited early spring so the weather was unpredictable but regardless that didn’t hinder me and my friends to enjoy our time in there. Highly recommended.

So, this space is an RV. I had never stayed in an RV, so there were a few things that I had to get used to. Firstly, the space is bigger than I had expected, which was a nice surprise. That said, the shower is incredibly tiny. Barely room to turn around, so be ready for that. The big difference is that this home is designed to be moved, so anything that can open and close has a very strong and sometimes complex locking system. Took a while to figure out how to open the fridge and the front door. Latches and doubly secure I assume so that nothing will open up while the home is in motion. The light switches are in odd places, the temperature control is a bit complex. Be sure to get clear instructions on using them. The RV has its own yard that is extremely well equipped. It's on a lovely creek. There's a gazebo and a fire pit and a swing, which are all nice additions for your stay.

We only had a day there, and we wished we could’ve stayed longer. We really enjoyed the home and the surroundings. The hot tub was ready when we got there, and my wife and I loved it. It was the perfect temperature and so serene in the beautiful woodsy backdrop. Coffee on the deck overlooking the koi pond was so nice. As for the house, we only used one bedroom, and the king-size bed was very comfortable. The house was super clean and the kitchen was well-stocked with all the essentials and more. The co-hosts were incredibly responsive to questions. High A++ to the hosts and property all around!

This house was better than the pictures. It is absolutely amazing- gorgeous and clean. The hosts thought of every possible detail to make our stay special. They are not super hosts - they are Super Duper hosts !! They should teach a class on how to host an air b n b. The house was huge , beds perfectly comfortable, hot tub clean, gym was convenient, tvs everywhere and a working fireplace. There were 9 of us and we still had plenty of room. We all had a relaxing trip- we can’t wait to come back. Hosts responded quickly and were pleasant and helpful. If you have a large group , I don’t think you will find a better house!

The Camilla Villa is one our new favorite places to stay in the area.The house was very clean and the location was perfect, about 10 minutes from Wallkill bethel. We had some winter precipitation during our stay and Camilla was quick to respond to any questions we had and provided what we needed for a safe, comfortable stay.
