I had a wonderful experience staying at this property. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was great. Loved my stay! The place was super clean and I’m clean freak lol, so I was very pleased walking in for the first time. Everything I needed for my sort stay. Nico was very responsive and helpful in communicating if I needed anything to make my stay more pleasant. Would definitely recommend

Accommodation was perfect for our sports trip. Apartment is spacious and comfortable. Walking distance to event venue and Westfields 2 minutes walk away. perfect for supermarket trips and shopping for the teens. Thank you for a wonderful day

The property ( a 2Bdr granny flat) was big enough for two people with everything supplied by the host. It used bottom sheets and a covered quilt on the beds, no top sheet, ( not my fav way of making a bed) but it was only for 3 weeks. For a couple there was only one side table/drawer on each bed instead of two. The kitchen was basically resourced, and what was not there, I gladly supplied and left for the next person. Even added wine glasses and teatowels and saucepan and a baking tray. The driveway was too narrow for an SUV but there was plenty of parking space at the front of top house. It was comfortable, clean but previous guests toiletries had not been removed. A washer & dryer for use which was easy to use. The lawns were overgrown but we took care of that for the host as he was a busy man. We mowed the whole property to make Prestons great again. We had a dishwasher flood at the beginning of our stay but the host had it fixed immediately.

Great value and excellent communication! We had one issue with the kitchen and the host made every effort to resolve and even find us a replacement cook top for our stay! Without a doubt a stellar place for a big group!

super pleased with our stay at Aaron's unit. we visited over the Easter weekend from Vic to visit family. the location was in a new estate with everything you needed. it was super quiet too which we appreciated! the bed was comfortable and everything we needed was available. host was super accommodating and approachable. will be back for sure, thanks again

It’s impossible to describe how perfect our experience was here. Every detail, the dog Ziggy, the outdoor and indoor cooking area, the bush track in their backyard with caves. The best part for us was how they have kept the integrity of the train, and really played into the this with historical items dotted all over the place. Kitchen was stocked with bacon, tomato’s, and everything you probably need for a night. Our hosts were welcoming and kind. Thank you so very much for an experience we will remember forever.

We had an amazing time! We flew from the US to Sydney for 2 weeks, and felt right at home in this Airbnb. It was clean, friendly for kids and in a very safe neighborhood. Us and our kids loved the backyard. Owner also had few things, including bikes for us to use. It was also so helpful that they had a high chair for my toddler. We took walks around the neighborhood, it was so peaceful. Aldi and Wools is near by for groceries! Overall amazing place, I would highly recommend it!

A great home beautifully presented had everything we need great location with beautiful view of the lake thanks so much it was great place to stay after our family wedding would recommend Rob’s place to anyone was nice an close to everything we needed.
