Apartment vacation rentals in Liverpool City Council

Vivian was a fantastic host! Very friendly and responsive. We were a group of 6 and were very comfortable. The unit was also in a very quiet location, quite far from the CBD but was between 2 (walkable) train stations. Definitely a bang for your buck!

Lovely unit with a lovely view. Suited our needs & accommodated 2 couples perfectly. Comfort wise, the lounge is a little tired & no normal (free to air) TV, but access to Netflix was available, but it was no big issue for us as we weren’t there to watch TV. Shower was okay. Lovely rooftop area with BBQ’s to relax, & also a pub close by, within walking distance (even for a couple that have challenges with walking any great distance). Only issue that we had was finding the car parking space, no signage in the car park to help guide. The guide to help with your stay provided by owner is very helpfully & outlines expectations well, no surprises. Would definitely book again. Thanks so much.

Great place, loved the neighbourhood. Highly recommend!

Walking distance to the train station. Spacious. Good A/C. Has adequate parking. Owners went out of their way to help out opening the door for us when our keys got left behind in our inaccessible parked car on new year's eve. However, beware of different levels of the floor. Otherwise, great place to stay.

Feels like home and close to supermarket and convenience stores. House got everything that you will need to run a house even in the kitchen . Just washing machine doesn't do good wash. But you can easily go walking distance for laundry.

Comfortable big rooms great location and value for money very clean and has everything you need. Highly recommend for family’s and will definitely come back here next time 🙂

Beautiful home with amazing views. Very close to the church I was attending. Amazing locations, near food trucks and all. Beautiful rooftop view as well.

What a beautiful apartment- a modern space in a high rise in the historic rocks district. The apartment was comfortable, plenty of hot water for shower, and a washer/dryer which was very handy. And the location was ideal- we were able to walk everywhere to either get to Circular Quay or catch public transport to other attractions. Jenny is very helpful and responds quickly to questions- my husband had an issue working the tv and she guided him through. Many restaurants nearby. Would most definitely stay here again.

Best Sydney Accommodation we have stayed! Amazing views, close to everything we needed and the indoor pool, spa and sauna was perfect for the cooler autumn weather! Will definitely be booking again for our next trip to Sydney! Thanks to Kevin for a wonderful stay!

Sally responded quickly and kindly, making the reservation process and scheduling adjustments smooth and hassle-free. Although I arrived earlier than planned, she graciously allowed me to check in. Michael is a fantastic host he was quick to reply and courteous in wanting to cater the best experience for us. This little oasis in the heart of the city was a perfect stay with walking distance to yummy cafes and cool pubs, and all the attractions around Darling Harbor. A beautiful space to walk around and explore the city. The place is in a historic building with amazing old wooden beams and finishings. It was clean and tidy, with a super comfy bed. It had everything we needed and a little balcony to sit in the sun. A bonus was the gym, pool, spa and sauna a perfect way to end a busy day walking around the city! Thank you Michael and next time I need a place in the heart of the city I'll be sure to book with you again.

We loved our stay here! Beautiful little apartment in the city, right near the park, easy access to city transport. Very clean and neat, perfect for our stay. Rita was absolutely lovely, even left us a small gift for when we arrived! It was a lovely touch, we appreciated it so much. She also provided a lot of info on the city, things to do, local places to go, etc. highly recommend staying here.

This place is excellent for excursions into the CBD. Public transportation is close and will get you everywhere else. For the price and amenities it’s hard to beat. We’ll definitely stay here again when we come through!
