Vacation rentals with beach access in Livadia

Everything is outstanding regarding Anja and her place - everything positive in reviews is very true. I'll just give couple of hints, especially for travelers on budget: - when one gets on LCA, to get on the bus to Larnaca, one needs to go upstairs couple of floors and then to get outside of the airport building - to get groceries, there is Super Discount Centre at walkable distance (500 m).

We had a wonderful stay, 5 minutes from mckenzi beach. The hosts responded quickly to messages and thank you for the perfect holiday.

We hade a lovely week when we was here near the beach and so many restaurants! Sun almost all day at the balcony, super nice while eating dinner. You saw the sunset. Would recommend!

Our time here was fantastic! This home was our oasis between the day-trips we took around the Larnaca and Ayia Napa regions. For us, this location was a good midpoint between Cavo Greco (30 minute drive), places in Larnaca (10 minute drives), and the airport (15 minute drive). We came back to this home after our daytime adventures and enjoyed hot showers with good water pressure. After we got cleaned up, there were multiple excellent dining options within a short walk... and a good ice cream shop, too. My daughter enjoyed soaking up the remaining sunshine while reading a book on the patio. The air conditioning worked well, the beds were comfortable, and the place was very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Amazing location, really beautiful apartment, everything was good

We enjoyed our stay at Maria's apartment. It's located right on the beach and the balcony provides a great place to enjoy the view. There are a few mini-markets and restaurants within 10-15 minutes of walking. There's also a bus station near the house that can be used to get to Larnaka, the Lidl supermarket or other places. Maria was very friendly and responsive whenever we had queries. Overall I would recommend this place.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Foaud's place, and I can honestly say it was one of the best Airbnb experiences I've ever had! From the moment I arrived, Foaud made me feel welcome and at home. The communication was seamless, with quick responses to any questions I had before and during my stay. The accommodation itself was equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to local attractions and dining, yet tucked away enough to enjoy some peace and quiet. Foaud went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience, offering local tips and even checking in to see how I was doing. His hospitality truly made a difference, and I felt like I had a personal guide to the area. I highly recommend staying at Foaud's place if you're in the area.

This place was perfect for our family. We had a newborn and a toddler with us and the host was very accommodating. He was so helpful when we arrived all the way until we checked out. We had everything we needed at this place. Everything was walkable for us. The place was really clean and neat. The only issue we had was finding the place. We used google maps and it didn’t pin the correct location. Other than that this was an excellent place to stay. We felt at home and comfortable. It was close to the beach and shops.

Stayed here for 5 days. Easy self check in, flexible check out, very clean and you have all that you need. Terrace is super nice to chill in the evening, location perfect close to airport, beach, city centre, restaurants etc.) Jack was very helpful and super responsive. And as a welcome gift I got some chocolates and home made cookies. Would definitely recommend to stay here!

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is nice and clean with a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The view of the sea with the beautiful garden is breathtaking. A very recommended vacation place to stay!

Magnifique villa avec piscine ! Idéale pour une famille, il y a 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain. Maison très fonctionnelle, tout le nécessaire est présent, plein de rangement et plein d'adaptateurs électrique disponibles. Il y a un accès direct vers les commerces et la plage. Anastasia est très réactive, bonne communication.

Das Haus ist sehr stilvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet, war sauber und hat an Ausstattung alles was man braucht (inkl. Sandspielzeug für Kinder, Sonnenschirm für den Strand & Tuperware usw.). Das Check-In und Check-Out funktionierte problemlos. Der Strand ist in Gehdistanz, zu unserer Reisezeit waren die Restaurants am Strand inkl. Liegestuhl Vermietung allerdings noch nicht geöffnet. Da es im Dorf selbst, nicht so viel gibt, lohnt es sich ein Auto zu mieten. Empfehlenswert ist am Ort selbst das Restaurant Theta. Ansonsten gibt es in Kiti alles was man braucht.

Everything was exactly as described, if not better. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

Superbe maison, grande, propre et très bien fournie en équipements de tout genre. L'espace extérieur est tout aussi agréable : terrasse et jardin fleuris pour profiter du soleil du matin au soir ! L'accès à la mer est à la sortie du jardin, magnifique. Lars et son épouse ont été très chaleureux à notre arrivée. Endroit à recommander malgré parfois la difficulté à avoir de l'eau chaude si les panneaux solaires ne sont pas fonctionnels.

Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt! Die Aussicht aufs Meer ist phänomenal, alles ist sauber und es fehlt an nichts. Die Kommunikation war tiptop, der Check-in einfach und die Lage für Ausflüge super. Wenn wir nochmal nach Zypern kämen, würden wir sicher wieder hier übernachten wollen.

Nice remote part of the island. You would need car or call taxi. But could do nice walks around. Shops not near. Great place with garden. How was extremely helpful which made the stay pleasant . Thanks Alex

Fabulous apartment, centrally located. In the heart of Larnaca. Clean , Comfortable Bed & Sofa. Walking distance to great restaurants shops. There is traffic noise but that didn’t bother us. We loved location . There is a luggage storage shop directly opposite which is handy. Car hire on door step. Finikoudis Beach & Promenade 2 minutes walk. I would recommend hobos steak house & cafe. Panos steak house. We hired a car & had a trip to Troodos mountains which was great Thanks JB - we had a great break in a great location

Wir haben exakte Anweisungen bekommen um die Wohnung zu finden und in sie zu gelangen. Die Lage ist in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Parkplatz im Schatten ist vorhanden. Aufzug in den dritten Stock. Die Wohnung ist groß und geräumig, nicht unnötig vollgestellt. Alles was wir benötigten, haben wir gefunden. Adapter für die Steckdosen haben wir nur einen gefunden, hatten aber unsere eigenen dabei. Die Wohnung war sauber. Zur direkten Umgebung kann ich nichts sagen, da wir eigentlich die ganze Zeit unterwegs waren und nur zum schlafen und frühstücken in der Wohnung waren. Wir können die Wohnung empfehlen. Wir waren zu dritt mit unserer erwachsenen Tochter hier. Kommen gerne wieder.

The apartment is not suitable for winter trips. The cold floor and the room itself, even the air conditioner doesn't save. The sofa is not very comfortable, it squeaks hard. The bed in the bedroom is good. The house and the location are excellent.

Chris nagyon segítőkész volt, nagyon részletesen leírt mindent amire szükség lehet. Az apartman jó helyen van, közel a legnagyobb strandhoz és a buszpályaudvarhoz ahonnan minden busz indul. A szálláshely megfelelt a leírásnak. Jól felszerelt.

The apartment was exactly as described. Everything was very neat and clean, very cozy. The equipment level was excellent, and there was a lot of storage space. A pleasant surprise was the large size of the balcony, it seemed larger than in the pictures. The balcony has a really nice view of the sea, and it is definitely worth getting up to watch the sunrise. The swimming opportunities are excellent, a lovely sandy beach and it gets deeper gently. It is worth taking a walk to the beach boulevard. Varnavas is friendly and it was easy to communicate with him and he responded quickly. He also gave us tips on good restaurants and arranged a taxi for us when we arrived. Bus no. 425 runs right in front of the house about every 30 minutes. It gives easy access to the city center and the airport. We were very satisfied with everything, and warmly recommend this accommodation.
