House vacation rentals in Livadia

We had a great time at Petros's lovely house in Pyla with its private pool. Everything was as described, with the kitchen being particularly well equipped. The pool and the area surrounding the pool was clean, with plenty of inflatable pool toys to keep us amused. (I would perhaps suggest that a couple more sunbeds would be appropriate, considering the size of the property)? Our only issue was a lack of water on two days, however this was apparently general to the area and was no fault of Petros, who was extremely willing to send a plumber to us, if necessary. All in all, we enjoyed a brilliant holiday in Cyprus and would highly recommend the house and the friendly efficiency of our host, Petros.

We all loved our stay at Silk Tree Villa (4 adults and 3 children). Plenty of space, pool, garden and well equipped. The village has a great bakery, restaurant within walking distance plus supermarkets a short drive away. The location was perfect for us to travel to the Troodos foothills, Cape Grecko, the main towns, Kiti and the beautiful village of Lefkara. A great place to stay - we hope to be back!

We loved the stay at Anastasias place we had everything we could have wanted and made good use of the pool and sunbeds. A really nice beach right opposite the house with public sunbeds and a clear sea perfect for paddling in. We will definitely be returning!

Excellent stay for our family holiday. We loved the huge kitchen and the big area in the front room. We made the most of the house and garden. Kitchen had everything to cook big family meals and didn’t want to leave :) also the area is nice- walking distance to the beach and a few restaurants. Highly recommended

Tony was a fantastic host, very helpful and always responded promptly. Any minor issues that we had (weather related), Tony dealt with swiftly. The property was as pictured and was very comfortable. It is clear that Tony takes great pride in his property and rightly so. An all round great experience and would recommend Tony’s property to friends and family.

Beautiful home in a beautiful place. Close to restaurants, beaches. Amazing pool! The host allowed us to stay longer due to the flight departure time, for which we thank you. Quiet, intimate neighborhood. The 340 bus is 25 min to the center of Larnaca. Highly recommend

The house was very clean and we didn't miss anything. An info to those who have to work despite vacation, sometimes the wifi has a good bandwidth and is well available throughout the house. The location is ideal to take excursions. If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is the place to be, even though the airport is nearby. To the beach, you go 5 minutes and take long walks. Although we did not meet Lina in person, she was always available and responded quickly.

We have stayed in many Airbnb and found this home so thoughtfully designed/laid out and spotlessly clean. It’s difficult to describe but the layout is excellent with two bedrooms on each side of the single story villa and all have sliding doors onto very large verandas with shaded seating overlooking an orchard. The orchard has figs and all kinds of other fruit and my children absolutely loved collecting eggs in the morning. Twelve+ fresh eggs every day. The pool was cleaned twice whilst we were there and the pool shower room and toilet was a huge added bonus. As were the pool inflatables. There is a lovely shaded dining table next to the pool with a hammock, sink and fridge etc. It all just works really well. Charalambos was responsive and provides a thoughtful welcome hamper of bread and milk when you arrive. We had the pleasure of meeting him before we left and he is very warm and cares a lot about guests enjoying the special place he has created.

Staying at Bryan and Elena's place was a wonderful experience. It felt like home due to their hospitality and generosity. The house is beautiful and it's perfectly located meters from the sea and from the salt lake. We enjoyed ciclying around the lake and kayaking at the sea. Bryan is a very accessible and thoughtful host who added an important value to our experience. Definitely we recommend them and of course we would love to stay again at their house.

We travel a lot and always take off the villas. So there's something to compare it with. Villa Leslie is a place with a soul that was very reluctant to leave. Very cozy, it has everything and even more that you can find useful. There was wine, eggs,cheese and fruit in the fridge so as not to run the shop right away. The villa is at the end of the gated community, the perfect place to escape the people and the hustle and bustle. We were in mid-October, there were 5 people on the entire beach line. Ah yes! Just what bothered us when choosing a villa, the neighborhood to the airport. We didn't even notice it. But this is very convenient for those who rent a car. It's not so long from the airport to suffer with the wheel on the wrong side and riding on the meeting) A small fairy tale for residents of the metropolis. We will definitely go back and recommend. The place is great value for money, don't expect anything too modern but it's nice to feel like you are a home away from home . We made a last minute booking and we received check in instructions quite quickly. They also made sure we were ok during the stay. It's worth staying if you want a peaceful stay in Larnaca. it's a 3 minute walk to the beach and a quick taxi ride to the main city

Beautiful villa. Matched the description well. It was clean and especially the pool was amazing! Definitely need to have a car, as the villa is a little off the beaten path. But a peaceful place. Maria responded quickly to messages and things were great! We're happy!

This house is embracing its guests - which applies as well for the host (figuratively) - with its warm atmosphere, comfort, decoration and inspiration. Even in the kitchen is enough space to dance not only in the main sitting areas! Perfect for 2 singles as we have been, great for small and big families! The outdoor areas cater for every wish: sun or shade, behind or in front of the house, sitting under olive tree or near the lemon one, barbeque or run around with your dog . Only the morning traffic or nightly motorbikes and especially the so called "Easterly fireworks" were unpleasant for my dogs as we are used to silence. To sum it up: we will come again! We absolutely recommend it! Its an outstanding place to be!

We liked rather remote location, limited traffic, very close to stony and wild beach. Backyard is much bigger then we anticipated from photos, very convienant for those with kids. Nice friendly cats were regular guests, again cool for kids. House was well equipped, we did not need anything to bring (like a toillette paper mentioned in previous reviews). There was a washing machine (not included into description). Overall, great value for money. For Gleb: check the lock of the door. Sometimes the key just keeps turning around without unlocking. Also suggest to include a photo from the roundabout, which house is yours.

We had a lovely week at David's! It felt really safe knowing that he responded to our messages within 30 minutes or so. Top benefits: - 20 minutes by car from the airport (car is a need!). - Bigger supermarket (Lidl) only 5-10 minutes away. - The pool! - Two showers (good for a bigger family). - 20 minutes further east to lots of beaches and Agia Napa (we went with our small kids to Makronissos Beach - so so beautiful!).

The house was lovely and clean, with air con in every room and all the utilities you could hope for. The pool is clean and heated, and there is private access to the beach at the end of the road. The hotel next door has facilities that can be used by non-guests, including a spa. There is a lot of cafes and restaurants nearby, all within walking distance, and a bus stop right outside for trips further afield. All in all, a lovely house in a great location.

It was a great time in every way ! The people we met, the places we stayed , the place where we spent time and lived - it all went on for an unforgettable short vacation.

We really enjoyed our stay in Cyprus. Andreas' house is close to the beach and you are at the water in 1 min. The house is nicely furnished with everything you need. The bathrooms in particular are very modernly renovated. The whole house is very clean and you have everything you need. We will be happy to come back.

Great place to stay, amazing views. We were lucky the field in front of the house were lush and green. Nice coastal walks, great restaurants along the path, both Enalia and Theta had really nice food with traditional and fusion options. The house is very well equipped with labels on switches which makes a lot of difference in a rental. The place is very quiet day and night. we really liked the open plan living dining space.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this place facing the sea, its tranquility and its green environment. Andreas was always responsive to our requests and gave us all the useful information to make our stay easier. We would recommend this rental without hesitation!

My family and I had a lovely week at this house. The place is much bigger than the pictures show and the host is really helpful and friendly. Kids loved picking oranges and looking for lizards in the large garden. You'll need a car to get around, but you are a short drive from everything you need and only 15mins from airport which made life really easy when heading home. We hope to come back again in the future
