We absolutely love staying here with our pups, it is so peaceful and relaxing. To be able to walk down the deck stairs and be on the beach is amazing! Sunsets, wildlife, and natural surroundings are beautiful. As soon as we leave, we’re already ready to return… we can’t wait to plan another trip. Kate was an awesome host as always, extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and checking in to make sure everything is great… 5 ⭐️ every time!

We stayed here with our three children for a week while visiting family. It couldn't have been more perfect. Dawn was incredibly helpful and responsive. We felt very much at home there and it had everything we needed. It's a beautiful location too but must be even more lovely in the warmer months.

Such a lovely condo in a fantastic location! Roger's instructions were clear, the space was comfortable (2 bathrooms!), and we had a great time visiting family in Toms River while also enjoying Seaside/Lavalette. It was rainy during our trip, but the view from the covered balcony was still beautiful! The easy parking was a huge plus too. Thank you!

What a beautiful weekend in Brigantine! The house as lovely, individual AC was *clutch*. The front porch is perfect for catching a sea breeze or people watching….and it’s almost impossible to get closer to the beach. Thank you, Dawn for all your help!

Our stay at Sharone's was absolutely wonderful through and through! This space is a gem! Conveniently located from both the boardwalk and the beach, the space itself was tidy, full of amenities, and the perfect escape to reset after several hours on the beach, before heading out to experience the nightlife in the evening. Sharone was attentive and considerate, offering wonderful suggestions and recommendations, and eager to see that we were comfortable, happy, and looked after on our stay. We had a great stay! The house was stunning, close to the beach and the boardwalk. Mike met us at the house and showed us the house and the surroundings. We left a cell phone at house and checked prior to realizing it was still in there. Mike was actually out of the country and was doing his best to get the cell phone mailed to us. Much appreciated! Would love to stay again.

This was our second year staying at Francesca’s place in Barnegat Light. Another year, another great stay! Love that the beach is steps away, and the place is walking distance from most of what you’ll want to do in town. And the unit is beautiful - one of the nicest of any I have rented in Barnegat Light.

The house was the perfect getaway for my family. The kids had a great time in the bunk room and my mother in law truly enjoyed sitting on one of the many decks and enjoying the view. It was so easy to get to and from the beach, and was also walkable to anything else we wanted to do.

The house was clean and spotless. John the host is also super responsive when and provides clear instructions on how to check in and makes it super simple. It doesn't have that big of a backyard, but its good for what it is and the house isn't in a bad spot. I would recommend staying here just because it was clean, super easy check-in and check-out and not too far from the Ocean resort and casino. (15 minute walk)

Great family house. 6 adults and two very little children. Kitchen is spacious and the large and beautiful island was a great gathering spot for all. Grilled out in secluded yard that has outdoor furniture and fire pits. Added perks of boogie boards, beach umbrellas, etc. Large grocery store around corner. This house had everything that we needed for a week of respite and family fun.

Was a great place for our family to spend the weekend. It was easy to walk to the beach and boardwalk as well as local restaurants and a nice playground. The place had the perfect shore feel and fit our crew easily. It was great having access to some chairs and beach tags as also.
