Axel’s place was in a great location for people looking to be within walking distance of great restaurants and nice shops and bakeries. It had a good amount of space for a family. He was a great host. Very helpful and responsive. Although there is no designated parking, we were able to find street parking within a reasonable walking distance.

It went very well. The apartment was perfectly clean, well-equipped and as described. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The host was responsive and his instructions were clear and precise. I highly recommend this listing! Thanks for your hospitality. 😉

The listing is as described. Modern building, quality amenities, secure parking space, fitness room. It is in a very good location (a few minutes' walk to the city center), restaurant nearby, shops. The host is very nice and responsive; excellent communication. Check-in was easy and the instructions were very clear.

Friendly accommodation with a very pleasant setting. The jacuzzi and sauna are very nice. Overall we had a nice stay. Frédéric and Hélène are responsive with a good relationship.

Only a short walk into the town centre and very close to the ferry port.

We were a family of 4 staying there in connection with seeing the history of D-Day. The place is nice, clean and very new. There is a really nice balcony with evening sun. There is necessary equipment in the kitchen and no more than that. The home is within walking distance of the city and it is an advantage with private and free parking. We are very satisfied.

Perfect for those who will work at GANIL. Very close and practical.

Jean-Romain, was usually available, and responds quickly. He was very friendly and helpful.There are new appliances, toaster, microwave, kettle, cartridge coffee maker. Exceptionally clean. The linens provided were fresh & sealed. Mattress for a second person is stored under the other. It is easy to pull out and has spring-loaded legs that allow you to elevate it. Wi-fi was fast.. The entry to the building and underground parking is very secure, and Jean-Romain provided very clear written instructions. If you are from the US or Canada, you may find the access and parking a little tighter than what you may be used to. We were driving a Renault Captur SUV but if you have something bigger, you will have to park carefully. The location is excellent for access to the D-Day beaches, especially Juno, Gold and Sword and down to the city centre, and Caen Castle. The city tramway and buses are close. There are small supermarkets like Carrefour, a bakery, a patisserie, and a pharmacy nearby.

The high school was on the sidewalk opposite and access to the center of Caen was very within walking distance.

Very nice accommodation, in a cozy residence. Very good location, shops within walking distance. Very clean, comfortable bedding, very well equipped. Quiet, modern residence, beautifully maintained green space, original with its small shared vegetable garden, private access to the park, gym. Unbeatable value for money, we'll be happy to go back. The property is on a student campus, but easy to access (codes sent in advance so flexible check-in/ check-out). Small Supermarket just a few minutes away and walkable (15 min to the city center). No issues what so ever.

I had the pleasure of staying in this apartment for two months, and the experience was great from start to finish. John is a thoughtful and involved host. His sense of hospitality and cleanliness allowed me to have a great stay. He always made sure everything went smoothly, even going so far as offering to add amenities, yet very complete. In addition, he was extremely accommodating throughout the stay. The apartment is very clean, well arranged and perfectly equipped. We quickly felt at ease. The panoramic view is a real asset, especially for enjoying the Norman sunsets. The location is also very convenient, with direct access to the train station by tram and secure underground parking. The services are clearly of a high standard. I highly recommend this listing, and thank John again for hosting us and for being available!

Great place. Very clean. In a good location with a convenience store very close by. Lots of restaurants within 10 minutes walking distance. Madalen was very friendly and helpful. Overall, very good value for money.

Bertrand is a perfect host. Spoke very good English and was knowledgable about the surrounding area. Walking with the goats and a supply of fresh eggs is an addded bonus.

Brigitte's home is lovely. We are a family of 10, 6 adults and 4 teenagers celebrating a special birthday and anniversary. The house was perfect for us. The location was peaceful with open views of fields from the garden. The pool was amazing, we all enjoyed fun times in there. The Sauna was very much appreciated after the activities in the pool. We also enjoyed the Football and Table Tennis and the bikes. We biked to Merville where there are a few shops including a bakery. We also enjoyed a bike ride to Pegagus Bridge and The Battery at Merville. The house is perfectly located for D Day beaches and other historical sites. The kitchen was very well equipped and loved cooking on the BBQ. It was lovely meeting Verione who was waiting to greet us at the house. We all had a fantastic holiday. Thank you. Anne

What an amazing place the pictures don’t do it justice. There was everything you need and more, it is very well equipped, from kitchen equipment, pool equipment and everyday necessities! We have two young boys and everything you require is already there. Our boys loved it, especially the play area and pool. Lovely hosts, lovely home and very clean and tidy If we are in the area again in the future we would no doubt book this again.

I am very satisfied with this weekend at Jean Marie's mobile home. Bonil liked it but it's Normandy camping with. indoor pool excellent for relaxing in rainy weather. The mobile home is comfortable as well as the bedding. I recommend the mobile home and the campsite, well located close to the beach and the center of Ouistreham

I would 100% recommend this listing. Celine our host was responsive and very friendly. All the instructions were clear and the listing matches the photos and our expectations. Very well located and very well equipped, we were with small children, we had everything we needed. Thank you very much for this Norman break in this very nice setting.

The house was spotless and comfortable, as described on the site. The location is perfect for visiting the area. The garden is ideal for coming with a dog safely. Thanks to Paul-Edouard for hosting us and for his attentiveness, we felt right at home! We'll be happy to go back!
