Die Unterkunft ist neu gebaut und befindet sich in einer kleinen Wohnanlage außerhalb von Termoli. Trotz der Nähe zur Straße ist die Unterkunft sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Lage ist nur 2 Minuten vom schönen Sandstrand entfernt. Man sollte jedoch mit dem Auto oder Fahrrad fahren, da es keinen Fußweg gibt und man an der Straße laufen muss. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll, funktional und hochwertig ausgestattet. Highlight ist der vollständig eingezäunte Garten mit zwei schönen Terrassen, Rasen und Ambientebeleuchtung. Der Whirlpool ergänzt das Ambiente. Ideal für eine Familie mit Kindern oder Hundebesitzer. Ein abgeschlossener und beleuchteter Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür schafft Sicherheit. Die Kommunikation mit Giuseppe ist auf Italienisch schnell und gut. Bei Problemchen kümmert er sich umgehend und findet schnell einen Lösung. Wir können die Unterkunft absolut empfehlen. Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln!

Soggiorno piacevolissimo! Ci siamo fermati 4 giorni a Fossacesia con i nostri bimbi di 1 e 4 anni, e a casa di Simona ci siamo trovati davvero bene. La casa è un fornita di ogni cosa e Simona è stata davvero gentilissima a fornirci su richiesta il seggiolone e un apprezzatissimo benvenuto con cestino per la colazione. La posizione di fronte al mare è davvero impagabile, sia per la possibilità di utilizzare il terrazzino per i pasti che per la comodità di attraversare la strada e trovarsi in spiaggia. Molto comoda anche la presenza del box con ingresso diretto al condominio.

What a gracious, energetic, knowledgeable, and friendly host! Annalisa greeted us upon arrival, made sure we parked safely, and walked us through everything we needed to know about the lovely, efficient apartment—with its fabulous views! She also knows so much about Vasto and gave us excellent recommendations for places to eat at reasonable prices, along with other helpful local tips. The apartment’s location is ideal for exploring the surrounding countryside. We took some beautiful drives into the mountains and visited nearby beaches, all easily accessible. The bed was very comfortable, the apartment was spotless, and the washing machine came in handy during our extended trip. We also appreciated the lift, which made bringing in our luggage easy and hassle-free. Definitely recommend and would return!

Die Wohnung ist super nahe zum Bahnhof, Strand und Zentrum. Lage war top. Die Aussicht vom Ostbalkon auf die Altstadt und den Strand ist sehr schön. Die Wohnung hat super für uns zwei gepasst. Wäre man zu viert, würde das Geschirr nicht reichen. Insgesamt war die Ausstattung der Küche sehr minimalistisch. Auch Kästen Oder Kleiderablagen haben wir vermisst. Aber für uns war es dennoch ok, wir hatten nur ein kleines Frühstück in der Wohnung. Valentina war immer gut erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Der Preis ist angemessen.

Scerni offers a true taste of Italian culture, with some of the friendliest people we've ever met. The apartment is centrally located, with a grocery store, bakery, coffee shop, park, restaurant, gift shop, church, and pub all within 200 meters. We lived here 6 months with no use for a car. The apartment itself is clean, cozy, and fully accessible—no stairs to enter or inside, which is great for those with mobility issues (though likely too small for a wheelchair). For a long-term stay like ours it may feel a bit compact, but it's perfect for vacations. What truly makes this place special are the hosts. Alessandro alone made the stay worthwhile—he’s become a real friend. Always helpful, warm, humorous, and welcoming. The same goes for the hosts Francesca and Annalisa. Even though he only speaks Italian, he used Google Translate to communicate at first, which helped a lot before we picked up some Italian ourselves. We’re already looking forward to coming back! Superhost for us.

Appartamento sito al centro storico di Scanno (piena zona pedonale), molto pulito, silenzioso, ben distribuito (zona giorno al piano superiore) e fornito di tutto ed oltre il necessario per poter trascorrere un ottimo soggiorno. Filomena è molto gentile, puntuale e reattiva oltre che simpatica e affabile. Grazie ancora di tutto!

Abbiamo preso questa casa con amici e ci siamo sentiti veramente a casa. Aveva tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno , confortevole e calda. Per quanto ci piaceva abbiamo anche deciso di restare una notte in più. Speriamo di tornare al più presto

Appartamento con arredamento moderno, estremamente curato nei dettagli, pulito e ordinato. La posizione è ottima, molto vicino al mare e alla Via della Costa dei Tranocchi. Daniele e la sua famiglia sono persone gentilissime e attente, ci hanno fatto sentire a casa.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l appartement de Rosa. Elle nous a accueilli avec le sourire et est très agréable. L appartement est très bien ventilé donc la climatisation n est pas nécessaire, et il est très bien équipé. Un grand Merci, il existe encore de belles personnes. A très bientôt !!!

wir waren 1 Woche bei Andrea und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. der Strand ist gleich vor der Terrassentür, was mit Kindern mega praktisch war. den Pool haben wir tatsächlich nicht oft genutzt. die Küchenausstattung könnte ein bisschen mehr sein, da man sonst bei 4 Personen nach jeder Mahlzeit alles spülen muss, damit für das nächste Mal wieder ausreichend Besteck usw. vorhanden ist. vielen Dank für alles 😊

Eine wunderschöne, große Wohnung mit einer tollen Dachterasse inklusive wunderschönem Blick. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genutzt um die Zeit am Strand zu verbringen. Im Ort findet man Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Tonia und ihr Vater haben uns sehr freundlich willkommen geheißen.

L'alloggio è perfetto sotto tutti i punti di vista. Molto spazioso, pulitissimo, arredato con molto gusto. L'host e la cohost sono molto cordiali e disponibili e hanno fornito tutte le informazioni necessarie. Ci hanno fatto sentire accolti!

Das Iamartino Apartment befindet sich in einem schön renovierten Altstadthaus im Borgo Antico. Die Lage an der Piazza Duomo ist einfach toll und der Balkon bietet einen wunderbaren Ausblick auf den Platz und die Kirche. Die Wohnung erstreckt sich über steile Stiegen auf zwei Ebenen. Die Einrichtung ist durchdacht, die Ausstattung neu und funktional, alles picobello, auch das Bett ist super bequem. Gastgeber Marco macht seinen Job sehr gut. Also: Eine kleine, feine Bleibe im Herzen von Termoli. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Grazie!

Casa ben tenuta e molto accogliente. Ci siamo trovati molto bene con il proprietario dell’alloggio, molto disponibile e gentile. Consiglio vivamente se si vuole vivere un’esperienza rilassante e tranquilla immersa nel verde e ottima collocazione in quanto a pochi minuti dagli impianti sciistici.

Casa splendida, luminosa, grande e comoda. Anche all’esterno spazi grandi. Ci siamo sentiti a casa con tutte le comodità. In ogni stanza una televisione, oltre le camere da letto grandi anche gli spazi in comune come cucina (enorme), salotto e veranda.

Ottimo per passare giornate in tranquillita con la propria partner. L'ambiente che ti circonda ti da la giusta privacy per goderti questo posto meraviglioso. i proprietari sono persone splendide, che ti fanno sentire a proprio agio con quel sorriso, simpatia e disponibilità. Esperienza bellissima da ripetere.

Luogo stupendo. Intimo, Molto rilassante, pieno di dettagli ed accortezze, molto pulito. Proprietario gentilissimo, molto simpatico e attento a dare ogni indicazione. La zona è molto tranquilla. Se si desidera pace é un buon luogo dove “fuggire”.

Antonio è un host fantastico, estremamente disponibile e molto attento alle esigenze dei suoi ospiti. La casa è grande, comoda ed estremamente funzionale. Siamo stati benissimo, consigliatissimo!!

Piccolo angolo di relax. Locali puliti ed in ordine, con tutto il necessario. I dettagli fanno la differenza. come i led, Netflix, la vasca, il muschio sulle pareti ecc... consigliatissimo.

Worte reichen nicht um zu beschreiben wie unglaublich schön es hier ist! Es ist alles noch viel schöner als auf den Fotos! Raffaele & Carla sind fantastische Gastgeber und haben hier ein absolutes Paradies erschaffen. An jedes Detail gedacht und mit viel Liebe und unglaublicher Sorgfalt einen Ort geschaffen von dem man nicht mehr weg will. Das Grundstück ist ein Traum sowie auch die Aussicht zu Bergen und Meer! Die apartments mit wirklich allem ausgestattet was man braucht! Außerdem haben sie uns die tollsten tips für Restaurants und Ausflüge gegeben und waren immer zur Stelle wenn wir etwas brauchten. Wir planen jetzt schon den nächsten Urlaub nächstes Jahr hier! Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Urlaub!
