The property is newly built and located in a small gated community outside of Termoli. Despite the proximity to the road, the accommodation is very quiet. The location is just 2 minutes from the beautiful sandy beach. However, you should drive or bike as there is no footpath and you have to walk on the road. The furnishings are tasteful, functional and well-equipped. Highlight is the fully fenced garden with two beautiful terraces, lawn and ambient lighting. The hot tub complements the ambiance. Ideal for a family with kids or dog owners. A locked and illuminated parking space right in front of the door creates security. The communication with Giuseppe is fast and good in Italian. In case of problems, he will take care of it immediately and quickly find a solution. We highly recommend the place. It is nothing to fault it!

we stayed with Andrea for 1 week and felt very comfortable. The beach is right outside the terrace door, which was mega convenient with children. We actually didn't use the pool often. the kitchen equipment could be a bit more, otherwise you have to rinse everything with 4 people after each meal, so that there is enough cutlery etc. for next time. thank you for everything 😊

What a gracious, energetic, knowledgeable, and friendly host! Annalisa greeted us upon arrival, made sure we parked safely, and walked us through everything we needed to know about the lovely, efficient apartment—with its fabulous views! She also knows so much about Vasto and gave us excellent recommendations for places to eat at reasonable prices, along with other helpful local tips. The apartment’s location is ideal for exploring the surrounding countryside. We took some beautiful drives into the mountains and visited nearby beaches, all easily accessible. The bed was very comfortable, the apartment was spotless, and the washing machine came in handy during our extended trip. We also appreciated the lift, which made bringing in our luggage easy and hassle-free. Definitely recommend and would return!

The apartment is super close to the train station, beach and center. Location was great. The view from the east balcony to the old town and the beach is very nice. The apartment was great for the two of us. If there were four of you, the dishes wouldn't be enough. Overall, the kitchen amenities were very minimalist. We also missed boxes or coat racks. But for us it was still ok, we only had a small breakfast in the apartment. Valentina was always available and very friendly. The price is reasonable.

I was very pleased with my week's stay in this house. It was exactly what I was looking for. Peaceful oasis not far from the beautiful Trabocchi coast. In addition to the house, garden and area, the pleasant surprise was also Nico's welcome, his kindness and the care he personally reserves for the guest with his breakfasts, real morning pampering. We took this house with friends and we really felt at home. It had everything we needed, comfortable and warm. As much as we liked it, we also decided to stay one more night. We hope to be back soon.

The Iamartino apartment is located in a beautifully renovated old town house in Borgo Antico. The location on Piazza Duomo is just great and the balcony offers a wonderful view of the square and the church. The apartment extends over steep stairs on two levels. The furnishings are well thought out, the equipment is new and functional, everything is spotless, and the bed is super comfortable. Host Marco does his job very well. Also: A small, fine stay in the heart of Termoli. We felt comfortable. Grazie!

Well-maintained and very cozy house. We had a very good time with the owner of the accommodation, very helpful and kind. I highly recommend it if you want to have a relaxing and quiet experience surrounded by greenery and in a great location just minutes from the ski lifts.

Everything is perfect!

Beautiful, bright, large and comfortable house. Even outside large spaces. We felt at home with all the comforts. In each room there is a television, beyond the large bedrooms also the shared spaces such as kitchen (huge), living room and veranda.

What a gem! It's much much better than the pictures show it. the hosts are super friendly, the location is beautiful (but you do need a car obviously to get to places), private jacuzzi and great wi-fi!

Words are not enough to describe how incredibly beautiful it is here! Everything is even nicer than in the photos! Raffaele & Carla are fantastic hosts and have created an absolute paradise here. Thought out to every detail and created with a lot of love and incredible care, a place you don't want to leave. The property is a dream as well as the view of mountains and sea! The apartments are equipped with everything you need! They also gave us the best tips for restaurants and excursions and were always available when we needed something.
