The house is less than 90 km from the capital city of Prague and only 70 km from Dresden, Germany. Skiing in the area is possible in the Telnice area, 18 km away.

The cottage under Říp comfortably accommodates 6 people. It is located in a quiet location in the immediate vicinity of the pond and is designed primarily for family relaxation. We renovated the cottage in a retro style. We have also modified the courtyard for a pleasant sitting with coffee or good food. There is a fireplace in the garden, a swimming pool in the summer months and in case of bad weather, you can use the outdoor covered seating with a fireplace. Cyclists can store their bikes in a locked room (with the possibility of charging).
