Vacation rentals with beach access in Litochoro

Maria welcomed us personally upon our arrival and instructed us in everything. Our apartment was part of a very nice old villa with large old trees. The apartment is nicely decorated and has a large balcony that we used extensively. We felt very comfortable. Particularly noteworthy is Petro's commitment after the Wi-Fi failure. He responded immediately and provided remedies, all his tips on excursion destinations and attractions were helpful. The apartment is centrally located, restaurants, shops and bars within walking distance and a few minutes away. Maria and Petros were excellent hosts for us.

This place is amazing. What you get is more than what you see in the pictures - it's spacious, well-furnished, has a huge balcony that one can relax on all day long because it's shaded, and is close to the center of Epanomi and Epanomi beach (12 minutes' drive away). Our kids loved watching Netflix and playing games (chess , Monopoly) but also tried climbing the wall in one of the bedrooms. We loved the parking space below the building, the two bathrooms, the fact that the hosts replied promptly to our enquiries, and numerous amenities the apartment is provided with (freezer, dishwasher, washing machine). We could have spent a month on our vacation as this place feels like home.

Christo’s was a wonderful host with fast communication. Easy checkin with a keybox. The apartment is simple but very comfortable with a side view of the water. It’s so nice listening to the ocean while you sleep. I’ll be back for sure.

Elena is a great host ! She's friendly and is always responsive when you need something . The place is great with a beautiful view of the beach . The main street has some amazing restaurants . I recommend a hundred percent !

We stayed for two weeks and had a very good time at this apartment. It was very clean and looked like the photos. The people in the neighborhood very friendly and welcoming. Also the restaurants in the area were nice. All in all it was a good stay, the host was very helpful with everything. We would definitely recommend it!

We stayed in the apartment for 7 days with 2 children and 2 adults and were all 4 very excited and happy. The apartment was very clean and is really big. The location of the apartment is almost perfect. Opposite is a supermarket and a cafe. It's about a 2-3-minute walk to the beach. Communication with the landlord was great, we always had a point of contact. Can recommend the apartment to anyone. TOP in all points.

Out stay at Nikos' was an amazing experience! The apartment is clean and in excellent condition, with an amazing view and just minutes from the beach. Nikos was an extraordinary host, polite and friendly, and quick to meet our requests. I definitely recommend his place to anyone visiting the area! Thank you Nikos!

We had a great stay! Katerina lives with her son in the upper apartment, while the Airbnb apartment is the lower apartment with garden. The two were very friendly, always available and her son speaks very good English and also helped us out a few times. Nevertheless, we had complete privacy. We were there with our 2-year-old son and rental car and for us the location was perfect. Beautifully quiet, great garden with beautiful sea view. You just have to walk across the street and you are already on the beach, which is clean and beautiful! We were there in September and sometimes even had the beach completely to ourselves. The location is also good for hiking near Olympus, or visiting the archaeological sites in Vergina and Dion (all about 40 min drive).

Konstantinos was very polite and very helpful. The house is really cozy, exactly as described, very clean and offered everything required for a pleasent stay.

This is a magical place to stay - peaceful and very beautiful and relaxing. The house is very charming and we loved it. Karin and the team are very responsive and kind. The place is perfect for families with kids. There is a little restaurant where you can have a snack, salad or coffee. In the bistro there is also a place where the small kids can play with toys right next to the sea. Really a great place for families. We will come back again for sure! 😊

Our stay at Joan's House, we loved it. The house was bright and upon our arrival in the space, the air conditioners were working, so we didn't feel the humidity at all, due to the season , as we visited the accommodation at the end of October. The house inside was very functional and fully equipped so we really felt like we were in our home. The area was central, but there was no noise, with the park across the street filling you with beautiful autumn colors. I recommend this home for the Fall, I think you will enjoy it much more, at least we enjoyed it and relaxed a lot. Finally, Mrs. Ioanna was very guiding on how to find the house with accurate instructions. And George was always so direct in his answers and very - very kind. We hope they continue to have such beautiful and creative ideas, both for Joan's House and for lost in paradise in Katerini. Au revoir Niki-Lefteris

Lovely apartment, and Dafina was very nice and welcoming. Loved the plants and the rock walls. Apartment was clean and pretty, good location for waling to restaurants and such, while parking was also very easy!

Quiet neighbourhood close to a small park with a church, but not far to walk to the main street of town. A full, well-equipped apartment with two balconies. Host responsive to queries. Detergent for the washing machine was supplied, and there is a drying rack on the balcony outside the bedroom.

The apartment is very nicely and quietly located on the outskirts of Litochoro. You can park directly on the street. Check-in was easy and well described. The landlady was easily accessible when needed. The kitchen is well equipped and some spices are also available. We particularly liked the terrace overlooking the sea and also the Olympus massif. We felt very comfortable.

This place was great! It has modern things you need with a cool vibe. The host treats you like family in their home. There are 3 balconies! You get a dedicated parking space in a private garage - the host had us follow them in our car to make sure we knew where it was and how to get in. local markets right across the street or a larger grocery store with in walking distance.

The stay was nice and in a great location. The place was very clean and everything that was pictured. Would recommend staying here
