Very welcoming, clean and with a very large garden with lots of room to park a car, trailer and motorcycle

Our home was just 7-8 minutes away by car from all the amenities of Aspravalta and only a 2-3 minute walk to the sea. We spend 7 days there and we found everything needed in the house. The open-plan living room had a large table that was perfect for both dining and working. The bedroom was thoughtfully and stylishly decorated, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. All the linens were spotless, almost like brand new. Waking up every morning to a nearly 180-degree view of the sea and the Halkidiki mountains, and being able to look at that view any chance we got during the day, made us so so happy. With its stunning view, spacious living room and balcony, and breathtaking sunsets, we spent an unforgettable 7 days here. If I had to summarize this stay, I would describe it as peace, tranquility, and hope. We’re truly happy to have met our wonderful hosts, Martha and Joannis and their lovely boys. Περάσαμε στο διαμέρισμα του Νίκου, ένα πολύ ωραίο σαββατοκύριακο. Όλα ηταν τέλεια και ιδανικά για εμάς. Το σπίτι πεντακάθαρο, είχε ότι χρειαζόμασταν και ακόμα περισσότερα. Πολύ κοντά σε ταβέρνες με καλό φαγητό και καλές τιμές. Η φιλοξενία του Νίκου εξαιρετική. Φιλικος, επικοινωνιακός, και πρόθυμος να καλύψει κάθε ερώτηση μας για το σπίτι και για το υπέροχο γραφικό χωριό. Τωρα που ανακαλύψαμε το σπίτι του Νίκου...….. θα μας βλέπει πολύ τακτικά.

Καταπληκτική διαμονή!! όλα ήταν τέλεια!το σπίτι πεντακαθαρο, με πολύ μεγάλο κ ωραίο μπαλκόνι 2 λεπτά από την θάλασσα υπέροχη παραλία! Όλα ήταν πεντακαθαρα, εξαιρετική επικοινωνία, πολύ φιλικός κ ο Γιώργος κ ο πατέρας του!! Συνιστάται ανεπιφύλακτα τόσο για οικογένειες όσο κ για ζευγάρια!! Σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ για ολα!! ottima posizione per alloggiare vicino al festival. Prezzo ragionevole e host che ci ha aiutato tempestivamente quando si è intasato il WC di uno dei bagni. Cucina arredata e completa per ogni evenienza.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer sehr schönen idyllischen und ruhigen Lage. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, sehr entspannter Urlaub. Die Gastgeberin war überaus hilfsbereit sehr freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend.

Die Unterkunft ist leicht zu finden.Sehr freundlicher Empfang.Problemlose Schlüsselübergabe. Sehr sauber.Die Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht.Tolle Ausstattung.Und nur 200meter vom Meer entfernt.was will man mehr. Aber das wichtigste war die Freundlichkeit und Herzlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Gastgeber. Anders gesagt.Hier kommst du als fremder und gehst du als freund. Ich glaube das sagt alles. Nice appartment on the first floor of a villa, 10 minutes easy walk to the beach and 3 minutes to the nearby supermarkets. Kind and warmhearted host, I recommend this place for family holidays.
